The property was modern however the rooms were not very clean and the staff not very accommodating when issues were brought up nothing was done about it. The cleaners and staff constantly knocked on the door everyday to see if we were checking out and when we would be vacating the room this was really inconvenient and unpleasant.

don’t stay here, the price is an absolute joke for the room and service you recieve , the staff are extremely rude, unfriendly and unapproachable. I recommend you stay anywhere else but here!

Personal was so friendly and nice hotel design. Unfortunately, I didn’t like the breakfast, firstly there was a very small choice for 15 euros, secondly I came for breakfast at 9 am for breakfast and there was nothing even after breakfast until 11. The staff also had breakfast at the time when the hotel guests were eating, which did not look very nice. And for some reason, the bed in the room was terribly uncomfortable, the mattress fell through.

Comfortable and Clean
Great hotel if you're looking for a room to sleep comfortably in while seeing the city. In a quieter residential area with public transit and plenty of shops and dining within blocks. Not a lot of amenities and the staff (they were understaffed) did their absolute best for every guest. Nice social area.

No glasses are provided for drinking water. No extractor fan in the bathroom. Humid, hot and smelly easily formed when using. Also super warm in the room. Room temp control is a fake.

New and pristine hotel, art-deco design and a breakfast buffet (for a slight additional charge) made it good. The professional and attentive staff, pleasant to interact with, made the visit even better. The zoo, the Kaiser Wilhelm Kirche and the Kurfurstendamm (including the Hard Rock Cafe, with a guitar sculpture made out the Berlin Wall!) are nearby.
