Loved the breakfast. Fantastic! Staff cordial, place is friendly and clean. Location was difficult to get to from train station. The building felt like a hostel. Needed a working restaurant; had to go out for dinner and lunch. No English channels provided; at least a news station would have felt inclusive.

It’s a shame a hotel like Niu have such a poor customer service. I got ignored at the front desk because the two guys behind the counter had to finish a very important t conversation about a shirt and when I interrupted them, they looked very offended.

Trotz des Lärms um das Hotel herum,war es im Hotelzimmer sehr ruhig, die Schalldämmung war definitiv sehr effektiv. Auch sonst war mein Zimmer schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, direkt zum Wohlfühlen. Die Ausstattung war den Preis definitiv wert. Das einzige was mir fehlt hat, wäre eine Mikrowelle gewesen, ansonsten war alles nötige und viele Extras vorhanden. Ich war positiv überrascht wie gemütlich der Aufenthalt war und werde bei der nächsten Gelegenheit wieder dort buchen.
