Wunderbare kleine oder auch größere Appartments. Ich habe inzwischen mehrfach hier übernachtet. Unmittelbar vor dem Gebäude liegt die Stadtautobahn. Insofern sind die Zimmer mit Balkon die bessere Wahl, da zum Hinterhof gerichtet. Einen Parkplatz habe ich bis dato immer unmittelbar vor dem Gebäude gefunden. Die Wohnungen sind sehr gut ausgestattet, Max eine Klimaanlage wäre noch wünschenswert. Die Zimmer haben aber alle eine Standventilator. Das Gym im EG ist der Hammer und mit professionellen Technogym-Geräten ausgestattet. Ich freue mich aufs nächste Mal!

Good stay
The faces was a good little apartment for a short stay. The bed wasnt that comfortable but thats probably because it was too hard for our liking. Also the shower leaked and the walls were abit scruffy. Is is next to the main motorway which can be noisey but nothing that would keep you awake at night.

the floors are absolute disgusting. I had to wipe my feet just to get into bed so I wouldn’t drag any of the stuff into it. I picked up a cooking pan provided and it immediately snapped off its handle. I noticed that where the handle was, there was dry glue. Which means they continuously super glue it and then when they found it broken, they tried to charge me €20. The cleaning staff only came twice (one of the times I declined because they came at night) which is fine if it wasn’t for the fact that they only provided me with 1 towel for my 10 night stay! My phone died and I had my key on it for the building so I contacted the hotel. No one was even at the front desk so one of the workers had to drive over to provide me with a key and then got unusually angry at me for even suggesting he sends an access code to my bf’s phone because “he’s not a guest here” and then got even more angry me because my bf was even with me! My boyfriend wasn’t even spending the night. Just making sure I got into my room safely. The worker said “this isn’t an apartment. You can’t just come and go as you please…” I literally can. I’m not a child, you are not my parent. Then, the cleaning service came at 11am trying to kick me out when I’m not even fully packed or dressed to leave. She knocked on my door 3 times yelling “11!”. I showed her the email saying that check out was 12 and she kept saying “no!” I called the hotel and she finally stopped harassing me. Overall, a really horrible experience

Check-In umständlich und langwierig. Hatte noch nie eine solche Liste an Bedingungen. Obwohl vorab eingecheckt, sämtliche Daten erneut abgefragt, den erstellten QR- Code wollte niemand sehen. Appartement zum Innenhof ruhig und recht groß. Woher der penetrant säuerliche Geruch bei Anreise kam, ließ sich nicht ergründen. Alles sauber, Bett etwas weich.

Das Miniappartment erfüllte voll und ganz unsere Erwartungen, alles in gutem Zustand. Küchenzeile mit Nespressomaschine gut ausgestattet. Selbstbereitetes Frühstück auf dem Balkon herrlich. Edeka ganz in der Nähe. Personal freundlich! Kleines Minus: es fehlen ausreichend Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher und Garderobe.

Top modernes Hotel mitten in Berlin. Waren zu Besuch um ein Konzert in der Waldbühne zu besuchen. Keine 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt war die S-Bahn Station. So hatten wir keinen Stress. Die Zimmer sind total schön eingerichtet und es ist sehr ruhig. Würden wir immer wieder buchen Preis-Leistung ist mehr als Top
