* Modern living: The semi-detached house was built in 2023/2024 and completely refurbished. It has underfloor heating and the latest smart home technologies such as time-controlled light/shutter and heating control and a central ventilation system.

* Relaxation in the countryside: After a city trip or work, you can enjoy the quiet surroundings on the terrace or by the campfire.

* Good location for Berlin explorers: The Neuenhagen S-Bahn station can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. From there, the S5 takes you to Alexanderplatz in 34 minutes - ideal for exploring the city while returning to a quiet environment in the evening. Uber costs to Berlin City-East are around €35.

* Sustainable: The semi-detached house is built according to the latest energy standards - including a photovoltaic system on the roof, air heat pump and efficient insulation. Dispensers for personal care products (soap, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion) are offered in refillable containers.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:

* Ground floor - relaxation and socializing:*
The open living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for 8 people invites you to have meals together. After a long day, you can relax in the cozy seating area with fold-out sofas and smart TV. There is also a guest toilet with shower and a washing machine on the ground floor.

*Upper floor - retreats for working and sleeping:*
Bedroom 1 (20 sqm) is bright and spacious, equipped with a 1.40 m wide bed, a fold-out couch, chest of drawers, a large round table and 2 chairs.

Bedroom 2 (16 sqm) offers a 1.40 m bed, chest of drawers and an armchair that can be converted into a single bed if required.

Bedroom 3 (16 sqm) is equipped with a permanent sleeper sofa (1.40 m wide), chest of drawers, desk and swivel chair. If the room is not needed as a bedroom, it can easily be converted into a work or children's room.

*Outdoor area - nature and relaxation:*
The terrace invites you to linger - whether you want to eat outside or just end the day. You can end an exciting day in a relaxed manner by the campfire.

Perfect for families, groups and long-term guests:

* 2 bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet, ensure that the entire travel group can start the day relaxed.

* Family-friendly equipment with a cot and high chair on request.

* Long-term guests: We are happy to provide you with additional services to make your stay as pleasant as possible, such as a regular cleaning service or shopping deliveries (each for a fee).
