Really enjoyable trip, wish I’d booked for 5 nights instead of 4. I mainly dealt with Lil and Maria on reception who were excellent and a credit to the Hotel. Looking forward to hopefully returning in 2025.

Hotel is modern, clean and staff friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast which is included in tariff was very good. The hotel is only about 60 metres from subway station which provides good access to explore Berlin. The area around the hotel is a business area and very quiet - there are no shops or restaurants in the immediate vicinity, although they can be reached by a 10 to 15 minute walk.

It's quite a new hotel, very clean and well maintained, and with great service from the staff. Great location: Alexanderplatz Station and Plaza, the TV Tower, and the Alexa shopping centre are only a 5-10 minutes walk away. The area around the hotel itself is very quiet. It's a 2-minute walk to the nearest U-Bahn station, which goes straight to Alexanderplatz Station and on to Stadt Mitte. I would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic staff and the rooms are modern and beautiful. Be forewarned that the hotel only has central air and the rooms can be quite stuffy and hot, even with the room temp turned as low as it goes. Likely only a problem in the summer. The lobby has multiple amenities and good AC. The included breakfast has many options.

Great hotel within easy walk to Alex Platz and Unter den Linden. U Bahn just a two minute walk away. Will definitely stay there again next time I’m in Berlin!

Nice hotel, handy for the u-ban - poor air-con
Hotel is good and clean however I booked this as it had air conditioning and it did but it was inadequate- hardly blew air at all and had no effect upon the room temperature. Spoke to the receptionist who told me that this was what the air con was like but sent an engineer to check. It made no difference. The staff however were fantastic.

Clean and modern hotel alongside the canal and 5 mins from alexander platz and various u and s bahn stations. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. Its German so streets ahead on the UK for recycling facilities etc. breakfast buffet was good with a wide choice of items and good quality. Drinks & snacks machine at reception was useful, and there was a small bar serving drinks

Rooms are decent size, very clean, and modern. unfortunately, the TV in our room didn't work breakfast is included, which has multiple options of cold cuts croissants. Its 15 min walking distance from the Berlin dom and has public transportation right in front.

The Holiday Inn Express in Berlin is terrific and we highly recommend! The room was plenty big and the included breakfast was bountiful! However, the most exceptional part was the staff. When our daughter arrived to meet us in Berlin, she was suffering from an eye infection. The caring staff - in particular Maria and Lil Silie (sp?) - found us an eye specialist. We were able to get an appointment that afternoon and a prescription for medication. Just as importantly, Maria and Lil Silie told us where NOT to go for medical help. With their vital assistance, my daughter received the medical care for which she needed immediate treatment. Many, many thanks to these two remarkable women!
