The breakfast options were amazing and there was a great variety. The rooms and the bathrooms were clean. The location is pretty good. A bit of a walk to the metro but not too bad!

very dull room with no aircon.water.tea or coffee or fridge.Was like being in a sauna.Very stained carpet.Blacl mould inbathroom.rusty radiater.Breakfast was not too bad but coffee out of machine was awfull.The hotel when you enter is lovely but room a massive let down.

The toilet was broken. Mould was in the shower. No air conditioning. The location was disgusting. I would not recommend this play to my worst enemy. Ruined my experience in Berlin. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

The hotel was nice. The breakfast was good. The staff was courteous and helpful. Just be aware if you stay here that Lichtenberg isn’t a particularly nice part of Berlin. If you drive a car here, be prepared to have a challenge finding parking nearby. Also, one of the nights in May that we were there was a Saturday and it was warm in spite of the rain, so we had to keep the window open. Our room faced the street and every 20-30 minutes there were first responders’ sirens all night long. There were also people making a lot of noise and smoking under our window. One other thing is that there wasn’t anyplace for my daughter and I to put our clothes for our three nights, so we had to keep everything in our suitcase. It was kind of inconvenient for us Americans, but that’s the German in hotels. The hotel is a few blocks from the Stasi Museum, which is a cool place to visit if you like history, and one block further is an U-Bahn station, and the brown line goes right to the Brandenburg Gate. It’s about a 20-minute ride. There are also a couple of supermarkets close by, including one across the street from the hotel.

Don't bother! Worse than a hostel, NO wifi, angry staff. I've stayed in a lot of low budget accomodations before and thought this would be find at $120/night. It's a bit more than some of the studio rooms in the nearby area. First of all, this hotel is DIRTY. The carpets are stained. Entire hotel is very noisy. When I arrived about 150 high schoolers drinking whiskey in the main lobby had arrived, were noisy way past midnight hours. NO WIFI. Staff will tell you wifi is slow, but let's say its NON EXISTENT. Such a far walk from any sort of a metro-- at least 18 minutes to get to the U5. Don't even bother staying here. Would never recommend.
