The staff are friendly. The digital keys for the property worked really well and I particularly liked the carpeted room, this gave the room a very cozy feel. Location is good with great access to restaurants and transport. It’s about a 10-15 min walk from museum island and about 20 mins from the tv tower. One thing to be aware of and this is no fault of the hotel, is that you should be aware of phishing. A week out from my arrival I was contacted through WhatsApp by someone claiming to be a hotel employee stating I had to resubmit payment details otherwise I would lose the booking. This was a scam. I contacted the hotel separately through Expedia and the hotel confirmed very quickly that this was a phishing attempt and not the hotel. They stated to not provide any details and to block/delete the contact. I would recommend that if you are unsure of anything, especially if you’re contacted outside of Expedia, to double check with the hotel though Expedia before taking any action. Overall I had a good stay and I would very happily stay there again in the future.

Located close to S Bahn, Metro and Underground. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Quiet location. Quite spacious and good shower. Unfortunately wifi was out for a couple of days (had to wait for new modem). Would stay again.

The room was spacious for a family of 4. No air conditioner was inconvenient. We only had 1 small fan for my kids. The windows were open but it was too noisy to get enough sleep. The shower was also too small. Overall, hotel is overpriced considering the lack of air conditioning.

Amazing place to stay! Great location, safe and quiet area. There are a lot of places to explore near by. Awesome restaurants very close to this place. This place offers a free coffee and tea which is really nice. Room was amazing, very clean and comfortable. Welcoming staff. I loved everything about this place. Highly recommend

Great place close to all the attractions.
Had a great experience. The place was clean and very convenient to all the attractions. One front desk person was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. The other (a person of a darker color and wearing glasses) was pretty mean and a little rude. That was somewhat disappointing, but overall, we had a great experience there.

Too noisy
We stayed at the room that has the window face to the street. The room has no ac and refrigerator. We had to open the window to let air in. Since the window is facing to the road, it is so noisy and we couldn’t sleep. If you are booking a room there, make sure look for a room that is facing to a courtyard.
