The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The employees were all very helpful, kind, genuine and professional. I definitely would stay there again in the future. Parking is a bit of an issue during peak season since the garage fills rather quickly and with all of the construction around the neighborhood parking can be a bit difficult to locate but not impossible. Definitely would recommend this hotel. The food and drinks are excellent as well!

The hotel is lovely, the staff are wonderful, breakfast and bar, gym etc are all very good. Unfortunately I did not like the design of the bedroom, which was so unlike the rest of the hotel in concept. The room felt ugly and small. This is a small detail to many, but for me it is the reason I didn’t give this hotel 5 stars. The staff deserve 5 stars though!,

Had a weekend break with my daughter in mid March. The hotel was in walking distance from Jannowitzbrucke station which has a regular service to the airport. It was relatively quiet and close to the Spree waterway. Most of the main sights were in walking distance, and it was very easy to get to both Alexanderplatz and Museum Island ( don’t miss the famous bust of the Egyptian Queen Nefertiti on display in the Neues museum!). There is a good selection of cafes, restaurants and bakeries nearby. The hotel itself was modern with excellent reception staff who speak good English and other languages. The guy that checked us in was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was spotless and although the room wasn’t the largest it was more than enough to crash after a long day sightseeing. Modern bathroom and good shower with Elemis toiletries supplied. Would certainly stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone who wants a good stay close to the centre for work or a weekend break. Thank you for a lovely and very enjoyable stay !
