This property was just fine for me. It was quiet, staff were friendly, and there were decent bus connections and two supermarkets nearby. The decor is a bit dated and kitchen utensils a bit limited but on the plus side I had plenty of space and enjoyed my stay everall.

Bad experience
The rooms at the Aparion are not in good shape anymore and need attention. From the bathrooms to the refrigerator in the kitchen - there is deferred maintenance everywhere and require urgent repairs. But the real bad part is the fact that in three different rooms other guests have smoked and the hotel management basically claimed ignorance. The staff rather likes to argue than to help out. My verdict is that this was my last stay there because there are alternatives to this very messy deal.

Aparion Hotel Berlin
There were few reasonably priced hotels available when I was in Berlin, so I was discouraged by the distance from the city center. The public transportation was great, though, and the hotel was easy to find, so it worked out okay. I would stay longer if I needed to!

Aparion Apartment Hotel Berlin
Aparion Berlin is in a residential area far away from the tourist sites. It is more of a short stay apartment hotel, much cheaper than in Mitte it other central locations. It is clean and comfortable.

Takes a hour to get to centre Berlin via public transport. Ok if you have a car. In a nice surburb with local shops near . Clean, but very few items in kitchen. One pot only and only two of everything else. No tea towels, kitchen utensils at all. Stupid things like washing up liquid and salt etc were absent, in other apartments you usually find them. Reception staff less than helpful and despite being there 5 days room wasn't cleaned at all.

Der Aufenthalt war gut bis auf den Abreisemorgen.. das war grausam, ich wollte nur das Auto holen und würde ausgesperrt... Ja, die Eingangstür war zu und ich stand draußen ohne Jacke, ohne Handy und war einfach verzweifelt... Ich musste jemanden suchen, der mir sein Handy gegeben hat und ich konnte dann endlich die Notruf Nummer anrufen... Dann wurde mir auch irgendwie geholfen, aber erstmal hatte ich 2 schrecklichliche Stunden...

An und für sich war alles prima - nur dass ein Wohnungsnachbar nachts um 1:30 Uhr seine Spülmaschine (?) über 1h laufen ließ, hat mir den Schlaf geraubt! :(

Unterkunft sehr ruhig gelegen, kostenlose Parkplätze, in der Nähe mehrere Restaurants und Nahversorger, Kühlschrank und Verdunkelung vorhanden, keine Klimaanlage aber Zimmer im Schatten durch große Bäume. Leider ist das Bett eine glatte sechs da die Matratze im Zimmer 404 total durchgelegen ist und damit Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert.

Bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, das hat aber Charme finde ich. Zimmer ist mit Küche ausgestattet, Extras gibts auf Wunsch. Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!! Viele kostenlose Parkplätze, außerdem Busse und Supermärkte fußläufig in der Nähe.
