Photos weren’t entirely accurate for the two twin bed room - the bathroom was beyond tiny and there was hardly room for two large suitcases. Would recommend being mindful of this. Also no air conditioning and during hot days, rooms can feel muggy and stale. Also very limited availability for electric/plug-in fans (none come standard in the room)

Our room was much smaller than pictured. They do not clean the room unless requested. On several days this was not done despite being requested. When it was done only our bin was emptied. There is a bar at the hostel for drinks and snacks but a member of staff was very rude to us. I visit Berlin very often but will not be staying here again

There was noises of people talking, screaming, singing all nights even tho they had a sign that says no loud noises after 10:00 pm. Imposible to sleep!!!! Room was very clean, staff was pretty good.

The checkin was very slow. The automatic machine didn’t work. Marihuana smell in the reception heavy when coming with family. Very noisy and due to slow checkin the staff was annoyed and angry!

A huge property but really friendly. I arrived late at 1.30 and it was no problem. The staff were really friendly and were I slept was quiet. The location is great, about a 20 minute walk to the museums abd 10 minutes to the east side gallery.
