L'hôtel est bien situé, a 3 min du metro à prendre pour aller dans le centre de Bergen. Le check in et check out se dont automatiquement, ce qui permet de gagner du temps. La chambre est tres spacieuse et correcte. Les points negatifs sont le manque de frigo et de petits ustensiles dans la salle de bain. L'hôtel propose plusieurs services comme location de parapluie, une buanderie avec lave linge, etc.

Positiv: unkompliziertes Hotel: Am späteren Abend konnte noch etwas getrunken werden, man konnte mit jemandem sprechen. - Preisgünstig. - In der Nähe des Hotels befindet sich die Tramaltestelle, der/die Besucherin erreicht damit die Innenstadt rasch. Negativ: Die Zimmer werden während des Aufenthaltes des Gastes nicht gereinigt. Warum wohl? - Man kann sich nicht verabschieden: Kein Personal ist präsent; beim Einchecken erscheint ein Hotelangestellter eher zufällig. Das ist unpersönlich, nicht kommunikativ: schlecht!
