This property was adequate for us as it is very close to the NW Arkansas airport. We chose to stay because we live 2hrs away and had an early morning flight. Although we didn't use the shuttle service to the airport, I appreciated that they did provide that amenity. The rate to leave your car at the hotel is $5/day vs the Economy lot at the airport at $8/day.

We rented an accessible room, but the bathroom was not very accessible. It has a grab bar by the toilet, but the sink was too high for a wheelchair and the bath/shower wasn't remotely accessible. Also, the floors are all slanted, so the bags and wheelchair kept sliding when not locked. The staff was friendly and helpful though. The shuttle to the airport was a big help too.

The coffee in the room and at breakfast was terrible. I was not told renovations were going to be happening when I booked our room. I should not have been required to book two nights just because of an Arkansas football game.
