We have stayed at a few Tru by Hilton hotels and have never had a single negative thing to say. We always get just what we need and always enjoy the friendly staff greetings. The breakfast is always good. Coffee is always provided all day and that is a bonus! Room and bathroom was very clean. Ac and Mini fridge seem to be a little loud when clicked on but what hotel isn't. Overall: EXCELLENT

I would stay here again. It was simple, and clean. I like that the hotel rooms had hard floors and no carpet, especially since learning dogs are allowed. No one was at front desk to greet me for quite some time. It was not a great first impression.

We never stayed at a Tru hotel. We were pleasantly surprised! Loved the shower and the soap and shampoo dispensers! The only thing I did not like was the pool area was not clean to my standards. There was hair built up and that just grosses me out. Really we were there for Silver Beach just thought we would try the pool out! Also the pool water was cold!

Everyone was very nice and helpful. I had a top floor room with a lovely natural view of trees and birds. It was quiet and peaceful. A full breakfast was served buffet style every morning to be eaten inside or on the enclosed outdoor patio. Convenient to the city of St. Joseph and the beaches.

I’ve stayed the last 3 years at Tru by Hilton Saint Joseph in July for a sister’s vacation. We love the atmosphere and comfort of the hotel and a quick 10 minute drive to St. Joe’s and our favorite beach in Bridgman, Weko beach.

Very clean and quiet. Great continental breakfast. Only thing i suggest is changing whatever they use to mop the floors. I seen the staff mopping but my kids feet still turned black feom the floor. Other then that our stay was great and would definitely use this hotel again.
