We stayed in the presidential suite. The bed was clean, very comfortable and they have the best pillows! Pleasant smell when we walked in. All of the staff were polite and helpful. As a former residential/commercial cleaner, this place was safe and clean enough to stay in but it was very evident that there isn’t much attention to detail on housekeeping’s end. Pink mold in the shower (nothing out of the ordinary for hotels unfortunately), small hairs in the shower, and syrup on the table/table mats from previous guests. The vents are dusty and I’m only particular about this because I have severe allergies. Despite all of that, I would definitely stay again, as the price was more than reasonable and the staff was great.

Overall our stay was good. Clean hotel for the age of it. Quiet. Large hotel! Hot tub could use a better regular cleaning but it was a nice added touch. The indoor outdoor pool area was nice and enclosed. Only complaint i have is upon checkout, check your folio receipt! They overcharged me by $600!

This was my second time staying here and I plan to keep coming back when I am in the area. I happened to have the room right at the top of the stairs, lobby was directly below, and it was still quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room and bedding smelled good..not something normally experienced.

The hotel was decent, the property is old and need a lot of maintenance, the breakfast very basic and the same every day. The area is literally the ghetto. The price those guys are insane, they charged me 140 per day staying 3 nights, wanted to add one more night and they wanted 259 for one extra day... BTW The hotel was empty. A fair price for that hotel should be 70 dollars. No staying there anymore (moved next week to Hilton Garden) MOT Recommend this Best Western at all. P.S They don't clean your room unless you request it.

When I arrived the staff was very kind and friendly. This morning I went for breakfast at around 8am and there was a single biscuit left and no gravy and none was made after that. And then the morning staff was very rude and seemed like they needed to go back to bed. Not so friendly morning staff. There was a loud noise periodically throughout the night that woke me several times. It was like someone overloaded a dryer and it was making a thumping sound.
