Bom hotel no geral, com otimo cafe da manhã. Otima Localização no centro da cidade. Problemas no check out pois hotel estava cobrando a garagem. Nao sei quem esta errado , o Hotel Vinocap que coloca na oferta do hotel : garagem com manobrista gratis. Ao tentar buscar essa informaçao na reserva efetivada nao localizei . No entanto esse beneficio aparece em TODAS opcoes de reservas do Vinocap via Hoteia.com. Apos quase 30 minutos discutindo o assunto nao pagamos o valor. Isso tem que ficar claro na Hoteis.com. o hospede tem que ter garantido o que lhe é oferecido quando opta por determinado hotel pelo que consta na ofertal.Desnecessário para os envolvidos uma discussão dessas. NA minha avaliação as partes envolvidas tem que definir e evitar esess constrangimentos.

Um final de semana em Bento Gonçalves
Hotel com excelente localização. Perto de todas as principais atrações turísticas. Pessoal muito receptivo. Café da manhã muito bom e com bastante variedades. Estacionamento grátis. Somente o ar condicionado do quarto poderia ser melhor. Demorou um pouco para climatizar. Banho muito bom com ducha e água bem quente.

Ótimo hotel!
A estadia no hotel foi muito tranquila, fomos muito bem recepcionados, as instalações são muito boas e nada faltou. O café da manhã é bem variado e farto e o atendimento de manobristas com o carro na garagem , impecável. A limpeza é máxima e as roupas de cama e toalhas em perfeito estado.
