Já é a segunda vez que me hospedo neste Hotel. Em termos gerais é maravilhoso, mas nesta ultima estadia tivemos o desconforto do café da manhã estar lotado, sem lugar pra sentar, havia algum evento no Hotel e foi um pouco desorganizado nesta situação.

Hotel novo, confortável, ótima localização, café da manhã excelente. Equipe da recepção, com exceção das meninas que apresentaram-se bem solicitas, falta trato com o cliente. Na chegada apenas me entregaram o cartão do quarto, de forma ríspida, sem mais informações sobre o hotel: horário do café da manhã, onde fica o quarto, como entrar em contato com a recepção… Acredito que precisam ser melhor treinados quanto a isso.

Café da manhã caótico
Me hospedo há bastante tempo na rede e nunca tinha visto tão poucos funcionários. Eles se desdobraram para atender a todos, mas era visível que estavam sobrecarregados. No café da manhã faltou café, frios, pães, salada de frutas (que não foi reposta)... além disso sempre gostei de ver os iogurtes Casa da Ovelha, mas só tinha bebida láctea dessa vez. Também é importante pensarem a logística: o leite fica de um lado e o achocolatado em outro canto. As pessoas precisam ir e voltar, uma confusão em um ambiente que já estava tumultuado. O café da manhã requer um mínimo de tranquilidade, não foi o que tivemos. E, de verdade, os funcionários estavam muito empenhados, mas com pouca gente, não há milagre

Ótima hospedagem
Tivemos uma ótima estadia. Único ponto de melhoria seria a questão é logística dos elevadores que não suportam a alta demanda de pessoas e acaba gerando muito tempo de espera dos hóspedes. Talvez viabilizar mais um elevador, resolveria o problema. O restante do hotel é excelente.
