Bom! Mas pode melhorar
O hotel é novo, em ótimas condições, limpo. Café da manhã muito bom, com muita variedade. Achei que o colchão, roupa de cama, toalhas de banho e amenities não correspondem ao hotel, deveriam melhorar. Os travesseiros são bem ruins, moles e baixos. Faltou água e copos na academia, não teve reposição. Treinei sem água na academia.

Hotel com localização muito boa. Única ressalva que faria seria em relação aos travesseiros, que achei muito ruins. Recomendo aos hóspedes, levarem seus travesseiros.

Hotel novo, grande e boa qualidade.. o quarto que ficamos era espaçoso e silencioso. Os 3 elevadores deram conta nos momentos de maior movimento: café da manhã e check out. Tanto o check in qto o check out foram rápidos. Espaço para café da manhã é muito grande e atendeu todos os turistas. A qualidade do café da manhã: pães, queijos poderiam ser melhores, mas atende a proposta de um hotel com um fluxo muito grande pessoas. A localização é excelente com opções de todos os tipos e preços, todos de rápido acesso, sem necessidade de transporte.

As instalações do Hotel e serviços são nota 10 , sem nenhum problema . Recepção excelente , serviços bem realizados . O unico po´rem que foi MUITO lamentável : no sabado , dia 07-12 o hotel teve uma festa ( algum salao interno ) cheguei no hotel para DORMIR e DESCANÇAR , mas o som estava tão alto que do 7 andar dava pra escutatr a festa e a batida do som . Lamentavel o hotel onde queremos dormir em paz , fazer uma festa interna ( que ultrapassou as 3:00 da manhã ) fazendo naturalmente que nao conseguisse dormir . Lamentável

Brinquedoteca tinha bolas murchas, aro de basquete quebrado, sem água para beber e mesa de air hockey sem disco. Serviço de manobrista custa R$30,80 e é péssimo. São atrapalhados e demoram a trazer o carro. Quarto tamanho bom, com roupas de cama limpas, porém sintéticas e travesseiros de baixa qualidade.
