The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a 7 story house with elevator. The apartment was completely renovated a year ago, the furnishings are also excellent and like new. The beach is just 10 m, the bus stop to Benidorm 20 m away. Heating makes this place ideal for winter stays (air-conditioning).You have a very good view over the beach, the sea and Benidorm. From the illuminated promenade you can walk to Benidorm in the evening and come back by bus (Bus line no. 3). Please also visit the new Terra Mitica Park. It is a great show, especially for your children. Don't forget the Benidorm Palace - there is a night show with diner!!
Further Details: Fine, sandy beach with clear water which is shallow to the first 50 m. Little pets are allowed. From the terrace, tou have a very good view over the beach, the sea and Benidorm. The bus station to Benidorm is nearby. Terra Mitica Park is only 3 km far. Be 'well-supplied' due to local shopping centers and restaurants. Excursions in the mountains are very good, you only drive 10 minutes. Here you find quiet places and very cheap restaurants. You are a friend of diving? 20 m from our apartment, you find a diving school. If the weather is fine, they drive to the island for diving every morning. You can also learn diving there. Where exactly is Benidorm? Benidorm takes its name from the Arabic of ' Bendahrim', being named after the family who initially colonised the area. Situated between the cities Valencia in the north and Alicante in the south, it is the region known as ' La Costa Blanca ' and, which is based in the administrative capital of Marina Baixa.
Surroundings I: Central Benidorm which is often referred to as 'the old town' is where Benidorm originally started in 1953 when it was a small fishing village. Poniente beach is located at the west side. Benidorm is protected and coved by a colossal mountain range as the Sierra de Aitanna. This acts as a fabulous weather barrier, pushing storms inland or back out to sea. The average mild temperature of 21° makes it a popular and active resort that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. There is certainly something for everyone from every social class, age group and cultural background. Terra Mitica Theme Park, Terra Natura Animal Park, Aqualandia Water Park, Mundamar Dolphin Park, the Bullring, Benidorm Palace International Variety Show and a Casino.
Surroundings II: The island of Benidorm is definitely worth a visit. Go just over a mile out to sea on a sub-aqua boat where the underwater sea life is visible. There is a café on the island for refreshments and it is a natural haven for peacocks, hens and a very rare Mediterranean yellow-legged gull... very interesting for all you 'twitches'.
