The check in staff at the counter Arunima was excellent, I had reached the hotel in morning at 8am. When requested early check in, she was kind enough to accept the same and gave me room in 30 mts. Really appreciate this from Arunima and also Priya the staff at the morning Breakfast was so good at her job, she also gave a farewell cake for me after my breakfast as I was checking out. Highly recommend this hotel

We had a great stay at the Hyatt Centric. I was skeptical that it would be really noisy because of the location (right on M.G. Road), but you couldn't hear a thing! Our room was quiet, clean and very comfortable. You can't beat the location - close to the metro, shopping and nightlife. The breakfast was awesome but otgwrwise the hotel restaurant is just okay (really pricey and the food isn't great), but luckily there are tons of other options just one metro stop away. Overall, this is a great hotel and we'll definitely be back next time we're in Bangalore!
