It was a wonderful experience. Check in was so smooth. I was briefed about all the necessary things to make my stay hugely comfortable. At the reception, Santosh M, Front Office Executive went all out to help me with the minutest details. He is so courteous and respecgtable person and went all out to make my stay a comfortable and memorable one. Restaurant is very good. Food preparations are very tasty. Perhaps this restaurant of the hotel stands apart in the food quality and preparations. Staff is very cooperative in the restaurant. They come to your table after every five minutes to listen if something is needed. Chief chef himself comes to know our liking and ready to prepare the special dish for us. My wife and I were hugely impressed. One thing I suggested was that during the breakfast fresh juices are displayed but it should be mentioned whether these juices are sugar free or not. labelling should be done properly. Second there should be more sugar free desserts as now a days every one is very sensitive to sugar consumption. I used hotel gym frequently. Gym is well organized. Machines are properly maintained and it is very spacious. Cleanliness in the hotel is very good. I always make a point to live in this hotel whenever I visit Bangalore for my business trips. Every time Santosh M treats me with smiling face and full professional approach. He makes sure that I do not face any problem in the hotel and he will ask me each day if I have any problem and he is a asset to

Really nice rooms, an attentive staff and (for Bangalore) quiet surroundings make for a great stay. Close to the airport and the tech parks as well. There are several dining options and the fitness room is spacious and well equipped so you can work off the food.

Hotel itself is okay to stay there and it's clean and room is modern. two things bothered me during my stay for 6 days. first is food(breakfast). it's limited and Dosa was just so so comparing to local hotel and nothing special paying that amount for staying. another one was the uber car. there was no location in the app but I had to select other entrance to meet so drivers couldn't find it so I need to call them to explain it every time. last day to airport, I got f4~5 rejections after uber arrival coz they couldn't find a place. it took more almost 1 hour to get an uber going to airport.
