Located on Mitchell Street, you will access the loft via the laneway and up the stairs. Please note there are no lifts in the building.

As proud pet parents, we love to be able to host your pets! 🐶 but please remember they are not allowed on the beds or couches. We have had difficulties removing the fur from the linen. Please bring your pet's bed with you! Also note, as there is no outdoor garden, you will need to manage your pets toilet routine.

Stairs - Please note, the apartment is on the third floor of the building and there are no lifts. You are required to access via stairs.

Parking - There is free parking in the laneway at the entrance, although it is not reserved. There is also plenty of free parking throughout the city and close by especially on the weekends.

We charge a base rate for two people per bedroom. This approach allows us to offer more affordable accommodations to solo traveler's or couples who only require one bedroom but still desire the experience of renting an entire house.

The use of each additional bedroom incurs an extra $30 fee per room to cover additional costs for cleaning, utilities, supplies etc. Our pricing structure ensures that guests only pay for the amenities they require and desire.

Access will only be provided to beds that are booked. If our cleaners find that unpaid beds were used, an extra cleaning fee will be incurred.
Please choose the correct number of guests when checking availability/pricing and please let us know if you require individual beds.
