Every room in the house enjoys views of the world-class Woodlands Golf Course. Inside a wall of windows across the back of the house fills the home with all-day sunlight and offers glimpses through the pines of Mt. Bachelor and the amazing, ever-changing Sunriver sky.

Upon entering the home you'll find yourself in the spacious living room, with leather seating (including a sofa bed for additional sleeping space) gas fireplace, cable TV, DVD player, loads of books and games. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs. The dining room table seats 8 and access to the gas grill is just outside this door.

Also on this level are 2 King ensuites, large laundry room, half bathroom and access to the garage with ping pong table, bikes and foosball table. The first king bedroom has a TV and private bath with walk-in shower. The second king bedroom suite has a huge bathroom with walk-in shower, soaking tub, walk-in closet, cable TV with DVD player and deck access.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower/tub combo.. The first is a queen bedroom with cable TV and a DVD player. The second bedroom has a queen bed, cable TV and private deck. The third bedroom has 2 Twins (King conversion kit available upon request) with TV and DVD player.

Outside you'll find a private hot tub to soak away all of your cares and a gas BBQ grill.

Beautiful place and surroundings
The house is beautiful, well-appointed (included a brand-new propane grill), and a golf course is always a pretty backdrop. It felt enormous with vaulted ceilings and a majestic fireplace. The decor was clean and uncluttered. It wasn't obvious (to me) that the homeowners association benefits were not available, as the Bennington rentals are not part of the association, although there are some discounts offered on some of the services. I ended up in one of the queen beds, which moved a lot when a partner rolls/tosses/turns. It seemed very lightweight. Aside from those little issues, this was a fantastic stay, and the area was filled with entertainment. I would rent again. If you could swap out the queen with a heavier king set-up, it'd go a long way.

Fully appointed kitchen, ready to entertain!
We were so happy that this home had all of the items we would need in the kitchen, from baking to serving large groups family style to plenty of glasses and utensils for everyone, this kitchen had it all. Note, they didn't provide shampoo and conditioner, so bring your own, but everything else was excellent. They're doing it right at this location. Would absolutely stay there again!

Very nice property, well supplied with all. Exterior cleaning made a bad impression as you entered the property. Dirt and pine needles like no one had been there for a while. Also the deck area the same. Nothing that could be cleaned with a little effort but created a bad first impression.

Family vacation 2021
The property was a perfect fit for our family. With four generations under one roof, we had plenty of room to enjoy each other, yet have our own space when the littles needed their naps! It was extremely comfortable and I would highly recommend this property!

Great house, location is awesome, beautiful setting!
The house was beautiful, well maintained, and comfortable! Great for a larger group. The kitchen was well equipped and usage instructions were much appreciated. The trails in Sun River offered nice walks and shopping was close. Lots to do in the area. Rental staff were awesome and very helpful! We will definitely be back!
