Spacious
Great for our family of 6 with enough room to spread out. Had all the kitchen equipment we needed, bikes and even used one of the kayaks. The patio was lovely. Might stay there again!

Great for mid sized gatherings
Our annual friends and family get together was wonderful at this address. The house is well laid out and has all the amenities you need. Great location that is off of cottonwood but a quick almost straight shot to the village and SHARC. Quiet and enjoyable neighborhood.

Love this place!!!
We couldn’t have chosen a better home to celebrate a family 40th birthday. With ages ranging from 1yr to 81yr, this home accommodated us all. We loved the one story and enjoyed open, sunny group living spaces. So much attention to detail! There was a pound of Starbucks coffee for us, plenty of TP and paper towels. The kitchen was so well stocked. My son chef was quite amazed that everything he needed to gourmet meals was there with plenty of extra plates and flatware. The location was great, quiet and very close to the north store. 12 bikes! And every one was in great working condition. I couldn’t find the hot tub key (my fault) and the owner responded within minutes with help. We can’t wait to go back!

Family reunion
Great spot for our family to meet up. Plenty to do in the area and 10 SHARC passes. Visited the High Desert Museum and the Old Back Nine GC too. There was plenty of room for everyone on game nights and the large back deck was a special favorite in the evenings. I was wishing for a fire table at one point thinking it would have made the evening perfect but probably not allowed with all the fire restrictions.

Annual Birthday Trip
Every year my family comes to Sunriver for my son's birthday which is on Dec. 30th. This is by far the best house that we have stayed in. Although it is the furthest from the village and the SHARC. This house was nice because the layout allowed us to separate the little kids from the grandparents who aren't used to waking up bright and early! Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our vacation!

Family vacation
This was a three generation vacation. Grandparents, children and grandchildren. Plenty of room, extremely well stocked kitchen. SHARC passes were well used as well as bikes. The house is not new but pretty well maintained. Only downside it is dark inside. Overall we had a great vacation and all the grandkids (6-15) want to return to the same house. We had a great time there.

Good property for families. Communication and feedback from the owner was extremely prompt and detailed. The availability of 3 kayaks and numerous bikes was great for our kids. Quiet area of Sunriver - can be plus or minus. Overall very nice property.

Wonderful Winter Retreat
We absolutely loved staying at this property. Triple generation family with lots to do for everyone. The house is beautiful, spacious and well equipped, beds were very comfortable, hot tub fantastic. Can't wait until we book again!
