We ate at Currents, and although our waiter was excellent, the service was very, very slow. We waited for well over an hour. We were there for 2 and 1/2 hours. With an anxious 11-year-old. It appeared they were understaffed.

Overall it was a fine experience. We booked 2 king rooms but one of them was missing the coffee cups, complimentary water bottles, and the phone in the room was broken. Staff was friendly and accommodating and overall would stay here again. Probably just got a room that wasn’t used often.

The room is like brand new. The bed is very comfortable and everything is clean. Our room is overlooking the river and the restaurant. The beautiful, lit bridge takes you to the restaurant, just a walk away over the river. Highly recommend.

Checking I asked for a quiet room as we are celebrating our Anniversary. The room was perfect at first. We noticed there was 2 lights on the balcony that didn’t work. I called down to the office asking for help. Had to leave a message. Never heard back from them. The next morning my husband walked over asking again and they said they would send some one over. Left for the day, came back still no lights so once again we couldn’t sit outside. Now, we have a neighbor in the adjoining room with a dog left unattended that was barking and whining extremely loud. Called again, no answer. Left another message. Messaged the hotel on this app and received a phone call back saying they would send someone to fix the light and find who owns the dog. The light was fixed an hour later and the dog never stopped. The maintenance guy could hear it in the hallway. Went to bed at 10 and it still had not stopped. So much for a quiet romantic night. Very dissatisfied with our stay and a waste of a trip.
