Nice Space
Cute place, small, very clean. It does need some TLC/updating. Carpets either deep cleaned or replaced. Back door currently doesn’t latch properly so it can’t actually lock, twice the wind blew it open. Windows upstairs very difficult to open, I wasn’t able to at all. Fresh paint would go a long way. Lots of potential to be even better.

Needs love and AC
No AC and a broken fan. Barstools not same as pic. Only thing new and they were hard metal, not comfortable. Old furniture and carpets. Could use deep clean. Could be an amazing place to stay! Maybe it is to those who don’t care about the above.

Place was ok my flight got delayed after thanksgiving I paid to stay an extra couple of hours after check out I had my one year old and my fiancé with me the cleaning people walked in unannounced and my flight got delayed again so twice my flight got delayed I confirmed there was no booking the next day and the communication was extremely difficult they have you talk to a different person each time I stayed 45 min after the late check out because where was I supposed to go with a one year old for 8 hours in the cold it’s not my fault my flight got delayed it’s the holidays flights get cancelled all the time but the lady was very rude and told me to vacate the property I will not be staying here again she said she would note this to my account I even provided her screenshots of my flight being delayed twice which ended up being cancelled and I could’ve rented the place for another day

Nice place
The place was nice, the location was perfect for our stay. Close to town for walking but not too far for mountain biking the trails. Our key to the pool did not work, otherwise we had a great time.

Spacious and lovely amenities
Loved the charm of this condo. The upstairs loft is very spacious with ample room for lots of gear! Living room is cozy. The pool/surrounding amenities are great. Close to bike trails, downtown, River access. We were there in May and it was pretty warm. Condo has fans to cool it off, which worked pretty well. Would stay again!

Comfortable place to stay in Bend
We traveled when my daughters were 3 years old 19 months. This condo worked out well for our little family. The playground & pool are just steps from the front door which was very convenient! It seems like place was in the process of being updated. Things like low water pressure in the upstairs bathroom, a missing handle on the washing machine, and window air conditioners didn't detract from our stay and are typical of building built in this era.

Bugs and No A/C
The a/c unit was on when we arrived. But there was no hose on the out take. So it was just pushing hot air into the apartment. We had to sleep with windows open, but they did not have screens. So we were woken from bugs bitting us. We only stayed 1 night out the the 2. Broken fan, broken can opener, toilet handle needs to be tightened. It could have been great. We were just uncomfortable from the heat and bugs. Could only sleep there one night.

Not Bad.......but
The condo needs some updating. Door handle on dryer is missing(Washer and dryer are functional). Downstairs toilet does not flush properly(barely functional). I am old enough to remember when apartments converted to condos. Upstairs bedroom is a loft overlooking the downstairs kitchen / sitting area. Condo location is good. Mt. Bachelor is ~ 15 minutes away. Downtown Bend is ~ 15 minutes the other direction. If you are not planning on spending a lot time at the condo(smaller than it looks), this place is ok. If there are more than two adults, planning to spend any significant amount of time at the place you rent, it will be crowded.

Nice place but no AC
Nice cute place . But temp in side stayed above 80 degrees until about 3 am and only because we opened all the windows at night . Couldn’t relax while dripping sweat ! That portable AC unit doesn’t cut it . Had to stand in front of it to cool down but couldn’t hear the tv over the sound .

Great, but room for improvement
We enjoyed our stay here, and I would actually stay here again if a few upgrades were made. We really appreciated the portable AC unit provided for the downstairs. It didn't do much for the upstairs but we survived. There was a box fan upstairs that helped keep air moving. I couldn't get the ceiling fan to work though, maybe the remote needs to be resynced with the fan? It was stuck on one speed and the remote lit up but nothing would change when I pushed buttons. The condo definitely needs some upgrades. First suggestion is is upgrading the mattress on the couch hide-a-bed (my kids were incredibly uncomfortable due to the springs poking through. We ended up putting extra beach towels and a comforter down under the fitted sheet and that made a big difference. As for the downstairs bedroom, it needs either a new mattress or a mattress topper. You can't sleep in the middle, you have to choose a side because there's sort of a "peak" in the middle. I got lucky, upstairs mattress was great! Also, no cleaning supplies in the place at all except for dish soap and laundry soap pods. We had an issue where some Clorox wipes or some sort of cleaner would have been very helpful to have. I know COVID created a shortage, but you might consider placing some in the room now that they aren't so hard to find. I had to clean up using dish soap on the tile floor. Also, Kleenex would have been great to have in at least one of the bathrooms. Finally, the patio furniture needs an upgrade. The table looks like it has been melted? A nice, simple bistro set can be picked up for a minimal price, especially at the end of the season. I honestly think it's a great place with a lot of potential. The owner was great and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and saw a lot of wildlife right off the back patio.

Small space, low lighting.
Give the photographer an award. The living room is about 8 feet wide, there are no ceiling lights in the unit aside from a couple track lights. Fireplace was not working and neither was the dryer. Hot tub and pool is located on the other side of the parking area, about a 1 block walk.

Decent for the price.
The space was adequate for 3 guys on a mt. bike trip. It's a little dated, but I think the price reflects that.

Clean, convenient and comfortable
My family of four loved it and felt right at home. The condo is an easy bike ride to downtown, the complex has plenty to do including hiking trails, pool and a playground. Before leaving my wife and I were already planning our next trip to Bend and would definitely book this place again.

Would come back!
The place was clean, well-supplied kitchen-wise, and well-situated within a quick drive or a longer walk to downtown in one direction to Safeway, restaurants, in the other. It's also on the way out of town towards Mt. Bachelor!

Nice cabin, needs TLC and better pest (mice) control.
This is a property that I would like to have and fix up. The cabin and guest house are basically nice, but both need a fair amount of attention. I would not discourage anyone from staying there, just be aware of what you are getting. The lake is nice, but when we were there it was low and surrounded by deep muck that made bank fishing or putting the canoe in the water impossible. The scenery can only be described as wonderful. By the way, bring your own coffee pot.

Good value, close to the pool
We have stayed at several MBV condos and like this one because of the 3/4 bath upstairs allows for dual showers. The location is close to the pool. New mattresses were delivered while we were there, improving sleep comfort. The condo is closer to the road then others so you do get an increase in noise. There is no BBQ, the refridgerator is EXTREMELY loud and needs to be replaced. The showerhead upstairs needs to be replaced. Overall this condo is a very good value that is in need of a couple simple upgrades.

Nice Property but ruined by really bad beds and linens!
We were very satisfied with the location, décor, cleanliness and the condo overall, HOWEVER, we would not stay again unless all the bedding was completely redone! Both mattresses, though the downstairs 'full' was worse, were completely worn out, sagging, lumpy and really need to go to the dump! The pillows were old and worn, the sheets cheap and ill fitted, and the blankets were worn with pill and holes! Paying nearly $600 for a 4 night stay and getting very little sleep after long days on the hill ski racing, is unacceptable! By the way, this is my first negative review ever, and I travel for a living.... you seriously need to replace the mentioned items or you will lose your clientele.
