Complete with a private hot tub and sauna, this spacious five-bedroom house also includes 10 SHARC passes for group access to lots of fabulous on-site amenities that include indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a lazy river, a water park, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts. Recent additions include new carpet, paint, lighting, and amenities.
Challenge family and friends to a few rounds of Ping-Pong and Foosball in the garage game room. There are adult and kid-size bikes available, and you'll love cruising along miles of pathways and trails. Afterward, relax with a soothing dip in the private hot tub. Make the most of those hot summer days with the backyard gas grill and large outdoor dining table.
The main floor has been designed to accommodate large groups, and you'll love hanging out in the large kitchen, dining room, and two living areas. The high vaulted ceilings in both living rooms allow for plenty of natural light, and the two river rock hearth fireplaces provide a cozy and rustic ambiance. Snuggle up on the sofa for a game night or watch Blu-ray movies and shows on the flatscreen TV. The group chef will have a great time preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring a gas stove and dishwasher. The home has two main bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one upstairs with a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a desk, and the second downstairs with a king bed. There are two additional bedrooms downstairs, with a shared bathroom between them. One has a queen bed and the other includes a set of bunk beds and an additional pull-out bed. The fifth bedroom is upstairs and includes another set of bunk beds along with a pull-out bed.

The Sunriver Resort boasts two on-site golf courses, horseback riding excursions, a planetarium, and a river floating launch (additional fees may apply). Sunriver also offers a variety of on-site dining options and shopping. Even more shops and restaurants, including incredible farm-to-table fare and breweries, are just a short drive away in beautiful Bend. Nearby Mount Bachelor and multiple winter parks offer winter recreation such as downhill and cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling. Hiking, mountain biking, and water activities on the Deschutes river make for terrific hot-weather fun during the summer months.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
