Although this hotel is 5 years old, it looks brand new! Great rooms and service. A special shout out to Sandra at the front desk. She is the best example of a customer service employee!

Both my wife and I got sick and could not make the trip. I had insurance from you guys, the hotel would not allow us to cancel at the last minute and would not give us any paperwork to submit to get our money back through the insurance that I purchased from you guys.
