Pro: Nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Staff so nice and greeted us every time we came & went. Con: no elevator. While I’m able, my knees scream on stairs; up and down. We were on the 2nd floor. The ice machine and other amenities are on the 1st floor. The lights flash on what I assume is the smoke detector on the ceiling right over the bed. It’s just bright enough to kind of bother us when trying to sleep. Not a deal breaker, just a slight annoyance.

Small 2-storey hotel, very nice ambiance, clean spacious rooms with sitting area and good breakfast. No elevator, but no problem carrying a bag up one flight of stairs.

Our room was very clean, spacious and had nice amenities. The body products were Gilchrest & Soames, which is a huge plus. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were in large bottles mounted to the shower wall. The TV was a Samsung and had DirecTV with many channels to choose from. The bedding was average and on the hard side, so since we are side sleepers, your shoulders get sore. The bathroom towels were of high quality. We were excited to spend lots of time in the pool area. The spa was way too hot, I would guess 103-105 range. Also there were no hand rails. The pool was ice cold and if it’s supposed to be heated it was either turned off or turned way down. I only got in up to my knees and got out. Highly disappointing since we like to swim & stretch. The complimentary breakfast was better than most and I give it a 6 or a 7 out of 10. Since I can’t eat pork, there were no other meat choices. Breakfast included bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, waffle machine, fresh whole fruits, cereals, yogurts, orange & apple juice, chocolate and regular milk, donuts, muffins and breads to make toast. The breakfast area was clean and well attended by a friendly lady that made sure everyone was happy. Front desk staff was friendly at check-in and there wasn’t any kind of wait. The house keeping staff did a great job. It’s a new property so everything looked neat and clean. We appreciated that they have complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate and spiced cider in the lobby.

The facility is well maintained and comfortable. It is located in a cross-road that are close to scenic byways and local attractions in central Oregon. Staff are friendly and it feels like home away from home.

Super Sisters Stay
clean from the moment we walked in. Had a fresh, new scent. All the surfaces and carpets were clean. Enjoyed the wonderful mattress and how very quiet it was. The breakfast far surpassed others that I have had in other chains. Appreciated the proximity to town and all the shops. If I am in Sisters again, I will most assuredly stay there!

The GrandStay Hotel & Suites in Sisters, Oregon is an overall excellent value! The property is one of the newer ones in Sisters and the staff have worked hard to make sure that it is safe and inviting. The check in process was efficient. Our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. While the complimentary breakfast wasn’t extensive, it offered a good variety of options, including protein. The breakfast staff was very friendly and kept all the items hot and fresh. I would highly recommend this hotel and will make it my first choice in Sisters.

What a nice property. Convenient, wonderful staff. Immaculately clean and extremely comfortable. Bed and pillows were great. A/C was silent and efficient. Plenty of room in the very clean bathroom. I’m sitting in a hotel lobby in Bend waiting for my room that should have been ready two hours ago. I wish I were back in Sisters at the Grandstay.

Thank you to the desk staff and breakfast manager- so friendly and helpful! Rooms are very comfortable (including beds and I have back problems if the bed is not comfortable). We stayed 3 nights and will stay again.
