Rooms were cleaned but had a sour smell. I think it was the shower area. Probably from a lack of ventilation. We thought it may have been lingering sweat from a person. Later we thought maybe it was vinegar. But not sure. We opened the windows and turned on the fan. It cleared out after 20 minutes. Luckily, my wife and I are able to bring luggage to the second floor. Without elevators, I would need to consider another place for my elderly mother. Front desk staff and breakfast, both ladies, were very nice and personable.

This was my first time at GrandStay, we were not disappointed. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, nice breakfast and the room. It was quiet and conveniently located for driving a very short distance and being in the heart of downtown Sisters. I would definitely book it again.

Great stay!
Very clean, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean as well. The breakfast was great for a free hotel breakfast. They had quite a few food options and even offered cartons of almond milk and cage free hard boiled eggs.
