Of all our Sunriver vacation rentals, 1 Sunrise Lane, is one of our most primely located. It sits right near the north entrance and backs to the train tracks (the home is well insulated which keeps the noise to a minimum) and national forest. The home is just a short 2 minute walk from the North Sunriver Store. It is a 10 minute bike ride to the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center (SHARC) and includes 8 unlimited use passes!!

This cozy and comfortable home is a newer, 1350 square foot home, with warm, inviting furniture and a new king bedroom . A brand new A/C system is one incredible upgrade this home has to offer. A beautiful back deck with plenty of privacy give this single level home a cozy cabin feel.

This single level home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. There is direct access from the master bedroom, to the hot tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is an open and light great room with large living and dining area, and open kitchen. There is a new flat screen TV in the family room for 'movie (or game) night.' The beds are all made with comfortable linens, crisp warm duvets, and comfortable mattresses. Spa soap, shampoo, and a few other small amenities are included to help you 'get by' if you forget your own.

The home has a private hot tub and deck with BBQ and comfortable patio furniture which allow you to relax and enjoy the outdoors. There are 3 adult bikes and a tandem bike to explore the miles of paved bike trails throughout Sunriver.
There is a portable crib and portable high chair to simplify your packing.

Great home with everything one could want included. Very nice linens and very well up to-date dishes, pots. Pans, and small appliances. Extremely clean. Negatives are: train track very close and at extreme northern location. Although very close to north store. Dry quiet neighborhood except for train.

Nice little house for small family
We usually stay closer to the village. This is the furthest house away, but it was still a good location. Nice clean house for a small family. I thought the train was going to be a problem, but we all slept great.

Fantastic Getaway
The place was extraordinary clean and very presentable when we arrived. We were very pleasant with the house. Fireplace is very nice. The hot tub is in this fenced area which gives us a sense of privacy and when the sky clears at night. OMG, a full moon and stars.

Great stay!
This place was clean, bright, and cozy. It was very easy to get to and the walk to the village was lovely (even on a snowy day). Communication with the host was fantastic, friendly, and timely. We had an initial problem with the hot tub temperature, but it was resolved within an hour. We were SO impressed! I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this wonderful home.

Golf Tournament stay
My husband played in a four day golf tournament at Sunriver. Loved this house, convenient for his drive to the course daily. I worked from the home remotely. Great WIFI so I was easily able to work daily. We loved the hot tub and soaked in it every night. Very private! The train rolls through very quietly. Had deer in the yard early morning. Lots of birds to see and loved the chipmunk and squirrels. Definitely a great choice!!!

Property is well maintained and quiet. We had a comfortable stay. Plan on freight trains along the back of the property throughout the day/night. A few suggested improvements: Provide blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Windows and exterior glass doors in the kitchen / living room should have curtains for privacy. Housekeepers should check the coffee maker for old filter/grounds when they clean. Ours did not. Might also want to consider adding a Keurig. The pocket door for the bathroom in the master bedroom needs repaired - it does not fully close.

The house was well equipped with everything you need for a stay. There’s a Little market right down the street . Train runs in the backyard but isn’t as loud as you would think for being so close. Very peaceful otherwise. Super clean and the hot tub was great! Nice water park and activities to do in Sunriver. I would stay again!

Great House
This house is wonderful. Very clean on the inside. It was just myself and my wife, but it would have been perfect for if we brought our kids along. The hot tub was well maintained and a nice bonus after a day of hiking. We also enjoyed how it was completely private and off of the master bedroom. The neighborhood is very quiet. It seemed as though most of the neighbors were permanent residents. The bikes in the garage were nice. There was a variety for adults and kids. There were some helmets available and bike locks as well.

Clean, fun, and great communicaiton!
This house was a great house for our family! It was very clean and nice when we got there, and just a wonderful stay. It is in a great location about 15-20 minutes from Bend and 30 minutes from the Redmond airport. We had a hard time finding sheets for the pull out couch, but the host responded in great time and we were able to set the bed up no problem. All around a great stay and would recommend!
