Four Seasons Luxury

From initial concept to finished product, our “Four Seasons” home has been designed to provide a luxurious, restful, and memorable vacation experience. The exquisite custom details, from timber beams to high-end furnishings, feature a fully loaded gourmet kitchen specifically designed to elevate your stay.

This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 16 people. It includes 2 Master Suites with King-size beds and private bathroom suites, and 2 double queen bedrooms with private bathroom suites. The upper level bonus room, with a private sleeping area, is any kid’s dream. It features four custom built-in twin beds equipped with no private lighting and a private bathroom. All bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses, a selection of firm or soft down pillows, duvets, luxury high thread count linens, plush towels, and robes to provide a luxury hotel experience. Additionally, all our shampoos, conditioners, soaps, and body wash contain clean ingredients, ensuring a healthy and eco-friendly stay.

The open floor plan and spacious flow between the living room, dining room, and kitchen make it easy to entertain a large group comfortably.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cook anything from an everyday meal to an extravagant feast. Wolf appliances include a 48’’ range with griddle, 74’’ refrigerator, Breville toaster, Cuisinart food processor, Breville espresso machine, coffee grinder and French press, Ninja blender, coffee maker, waffle maker, hand mixer, and more. The kitchen has dishware, glassware, and silverware for 16 guests, including a range of platters and bowls from small to large. The dining room features a 10ft table and buffet stocked with oversized serving platters.

Smart TVs with AirPlay are installed for your convenience in all bedrooms. All TVs are clearly labeled on the network for your leisure.

Home amenities include two separate outdoor covered patios stocked with outdoor furniture, a built-in BBQ, and a luxurious hot tub where you can enjoy territorial forest views. Ready for a movie or game night? Our Great room and bonus room each feature smart TVs and a 7.1 surround sound system providing a theater-like experience. The bonus room also has a PS4 and a variety of family card and board games.

Our two-car garage is heated and includes a ping pong table. It is stocked with road and mountain bikes for 5 people and 3 kid's bikes. It also has a Tesla charging station provided gratis by the owner.

Caldera Springs is an exclusive resort next to the Sunriver Resort in Central Oregon with 9 miles of flat bike paths around scenic lake features and views of Mt. Bachelor. The resort features an outdoor Quarry Infinity pool overlooking a large lake with complimentary towel and poolside food and drink service, a fitness center, playground, tennis courts, basketball court, and the brand-new Lake House restaurant with lakeside dining, indoor bar lounge, and Shore Shack bistro to grab a coffee with freshly baked goods. The resort is within minutes of both the Sunriver Resort, offering all the amenities of a larger resort in a more serene and upscale environment.

Additionally, we include 14 passes to the Caldera Springs Quarry Pool only (Forest view pool excluded), Lake House, and Fitness Center.
