The ideal Sunriver home for a family vacation or a reunion of the extended family. Located near Fort Rock Park, the lodge will pamper all of its guests with comfort and entertainment for the young and the young at heart. This 2400 square feet home promises to be the source of many memories talked about for years. Updated features include new flooring, kitchen appliances and exterior work. Many indoor and outdoor spaces for lounging, laughing, and unwinding.

Base Camp Lodge is situated on a peaceful loop, a short trek from Fort Rock Park. There you will find trails, softball field, basketball courts, and a large playground.

Guests are greeted by a an open and all-inclusive space including living room, dining room, kitchen, bonus room and sun room. The wood fireplace in the living room is perfect for beating the chill in the winter.

From the lodge, guests have easy access to 40+ miles of paved walking and biking paths.

Multiple lounging areas provides everyone the space to do their own thing while the open floorplan on the main level keeps the whole group connected for making and enjoying meals, story-telling, and swapping fishing and golfing lies.

Seven beds in the home means everyone gets to retire in comfort.

The large deck features a grill, picnic table and seating and a private hot tub.  Take a break from the kitchen and throw something on the grill after a day of excitement. Soak in the hot tub under the stars to close out the day.

Easy access to Hwy 97 gets you headed to Bend which is just 20 minutes away offering several breweries, wine tasting, an abundance of dining choices and shopping.

Sunriver has three championship golf courses, 29 tennis courts, 40 miles of paved bicycle paths, two large swimming pools, riding stables, white-water rafting, canoeing, fishing in the famous Deschutes River, and so much more! Sunriver is located only 15 minutes from Mount Bachelor, one of the top ski destinations in America.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
