Woodsy and Plain
The picture of the living room is totally different than reality. Everything is brown now, carpet, sofa etc It's very simple and had few amenities such as alluminium foil, plastic bags, toaster, sheet pan for oven, coffee and filters for at least the first day. None of those things were there. The cleaners hadn't done a thorough job, but that's not the owners fault.

Terrible Property & Management
We were terribly disappointed with both the house and Vacasa's response to our concerns. Some items but not all, would take 3 pages to list. Internet not functioning the entire time (multiple phone calls with no help from Vacasa) no access to washer / dryer, no pool towels, poor condition of kitchen items, bath fan not functioning, no deck furniture, sliding door won't latch, carpet filthy, DVD not working, key in lock box didn't work, disposal jammed with corn cob forks, and the list goes on. Stay away from this property!

It works
It’s fine, a little run down but, it’s ok for a Sunriver trip since you’ll be spending most of the time outside. The train isn’t that bad at all, it doesn’t blare there horn and Mai it comes by during the day.

Bad bed and a busy train track.
Good house and close to Sharc. Horrible beds and the train passing by 3to5 times a day with at least once a night.

Sweet nice house
Nice house with everything you need. Backs to train tracks, but trains only came by a couple times a day and did not bother us at all. Lots of wildlife

Fun trip to Sunriver
Overall great home for the price. The upstairs got really warm on hot days and the trains were a kind of loud for our group.

Great Sunriver House
Spacious stay with everything you’ll need and more. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, walking and biking the trials, nature center, horseback riding, golf and canoes and kayaks to rent and swimming at the pool. We were also able to see wildlife right behind us in the field as well as the nostalgia of the train passing through. Peace and quiet every night, stocked kitchen for cooking and restaurants close if you don’t want to.

Good neighborhood, decent property
We had a good stay. Great location and wonderful neighborhood. I do wish the property would have been cleaner. The upstairs shower was very dirty. The celining fans and baseboards could use a good cleaning. Overall it was a decent experience but the cleanliness could have made it a more pleasant experience due to the amount of money we paid per night. Loved the decor.

Clean but needing some work
This place is clean, but has a few issues. First the train comes by many times a night and during the day also. It does not have enough dishes for a family of 6, windows were missing screens and the window in the living room was falling out. The shower upstairs flooded the floor every time my daughter took a shower therefore we washed towels a lot as we used them on the floor to soak up water. The area of Sun River is wonderful. Don't let this bad review steer you away from a great place to visit. Be sure to add up all the fee's for this place as you might be better off at paying more per night but less fees.

Old and dirty
Stains on the walls and bedding. Holes in the wall. Rooms are all very very small. Pots and pans are all old and resemble camping cookware. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the house.

Well kept & clean, especially for the price.
The back of the property faces open space, which provides great privacy, but this is due to a train track. We only saw two trains the entire weekend, but it would be something that renters should know, especially if they have small children.

Great home for family, friends and our dogs!!
We stayed for a few days over the NYE weekend and absolutely enjoyed the home! It was very clean when we arrived and easy to locate things such as towels and sheets. We had three dogs with us as well and felt it was very roomy for everyone. The house was clean and the convenience of having a laundry room with a heater in there helped a lot with drying our snowboard gear! We were able to cook and eat using the provided appliances and utensils. The home I would say is technically 3.5 bedrooms, the half bedroom being an attic room which fit two on one bed completely fine! The two full rooms upstairs have their own sink as well as a shared bathroom with a standing shower and toilet (no sink). The downstairs bathroom is a complete full size bathroom. The hot tub was also a great experience to use! Internet Wifi convenience made staying connected to the internet not an issue at all. We fit two trucks and two SUV's in the driveway with no problems as well. A lot of people mentioned the train going through at night, this is true but if you can sleep through loud noises and a little shaking on the house it wasn't a bother to us at all! The train does come by the house often. All in all, we had a great time and all of us enjoyed the house and the easiness of working with VRBO to help set it up. Thank you to the owners for renting the house out as well as VRBO for the great service!

Great Weekend Home
The house was very nice and the hot tub, washer/dryer just made it all the better. *note* Train goes right behind but it's so quiet you barely realize when it goes by. Recommended if looking for a weekend in Sunriver.

Liked ut
Way more rooms and space than I had anticipated. Hot tub was amazing! The fools that whine about the trains apparently have never or are missing the city. The trains were not a huge issue for us. My only objection would be that the directions might include actual distances and that the allowance of a later checkout were more succinct. I think, generally, the maintenance or. cleaning costs are absurd and when added into a 2 or 3 day rental are absolutely NO reflection of the price per unit that is displayed on the web site

Good base camp
Economical place in Sunriver. Kitchen had what it needed, hot tub was relaxing after skiing. We enjoyed the layout and privacy of the back deck, other reviews say the train is a nuisance but the weekend we where there only a handful came by and didn't notice any at night. You can easily pay 2x's the amount for better amenities in the neighborhood if you need plush furniture and iComfort mattresses.
