For a vacation in Sunriver, this cozy house has all you need! With a private hot tub and four SHARC passes, up to five guests will enjoy comfort and convenience.

Located in a quiet neighborhood between the Village at Sunriver and SHARC, you'll have easy access to all the resort has to offer!

The house has a mix of classic and modern decor, giving it a homey, cabin feel. Grab a seat on the comfy furniture in the bright living room and gaze up at a trophy and hand-made quilt by the upper windows. This is a great place to relax with a book off the shelf or enjoy a pleasant conversation.

Adjacent to the living room is a dining table with seats enough for everyone to enjoy a meal together. Fire up the wood stove beside the table for extra warmth on a chilly day. The kitchen nearby is fully stocked with everything you need to cook the perfect meal, and a dishwasher even makes clean-up easy!

Outside you'll find a large deck with a gas grill, table and chairs, and a hot tub. The deck is enclosed for extra privacy, but you'll still see towering pine trees and hear the enchanting sounds of nature. For a memorable time, soak in the hot tub at night and gaze up at the star-filled sky!

This house has one bedroom and a loft, making it suitable for five guests. The single bedroom downstairs has a king bed. There's a full bath with tub/shower combo down here as well.

Upstairs is the loft, where you'll find a queen bed beneath a sky light, a colorful stained-glass window, a bright sitting area, and a full private bath. There's also another sitting area at the top of the stairs with a couple couches and a game table for fun. Don't forget about the additional sofabed!

Be sure to use your SHARC passes to gain access to the outdoor pool and waterslides on a hot, sunny day, or venture to one of the parks nearby to play on the tennis courts.

Sunriver is a great destination for a family vacation - explore over 30 miles of bike paths meandering through forest, meadows, and scenic golf courses. Stop at the marina to rent some gear to float on the Deschutes, or the stable for some horseback riding. The Nature Center and Observatory is great for kids, offering close-up interaction with birds of prey, facts about the local wildlife, and powerful telescopes for viewing the night sky!

Walk to the Village to dine at one of the various restaurants offering delicious food and local beer. There's a grocery store for buying ingredients to cook with, as well as a liquor store for any inspired cocktails.

Fun day trips around Sunriver include hiking and biking at Benham Falls, and exploring underground at the Lava River Caves just a few miles north. The Cascade Lakes Highway will take you to Mt Bachelor 20 miles away for skiing in the winter, and many more lakes and mountains are accessible for fun trips in the summer.

For your next vacation to Central Oregon, stay at this cozy house in a convenient location in Sunriver!

Great Location
Nice neighborhood - convenient location. Home is best suited for 2people. Rustic cabin with the basic needs. Would be nice to have toilets at new "standard" heights.

We really appreciated the offer season crowd. This location was a comfortable walk to the Village and other restaurant options. Kids would love the proximity to the SHARC. Hot tub is a safe temp, max of 104. House was clean and cute. Tha KS for sharing the home

Fun time in Sun River, OR
We had a great family vacation in Sun River, OR. The home we rented worked well for us. The kids made good use of the rental bikes and Shark passes. Sun River Village has everything you need, no mad dashes to Bend for needed items. It is a very large community but doesn't feel crowed except sometimes at mealtime the restaurants can be very busy. Next time I would probably bring more food from home. I only brought two meals for 6 nights. Still a good time.

Great place that need just few details for a five star
This is a very nice house and my family loved it. We giving 4 starts because of the following. No cutting board. Weird thing to be missing. No hand soap in the bathrooms. Also deferred maintenance like blibds that dont work and a patch on the sink that was not nicely done. I would love to stay here again. Like i said my family loved the house and if the above mentioned where fixed this will be a 5 star home.

Appreciate the small things
It was a wonderful stay. We particularly enjoyed the scripture quotes hung on the walls the some of the Christian motifs. Thanks so much for sharing your testimonies of Christ and what he has done for us...particularly on Good Friday when we were there and today on Easter.

Everything was great...until..
No one should ever slip and fall in a shower. The stay was great until a needless slip and fall injury occurred in the shower. The shower needs to be at hospitality code. I brusied my jaw, my elbow, tail bone and hip when I fell, there is no anti slip footing, nor a grab rail. The 2nd day of pain is near unbearable, I am very angry. I was surpised at the number of issues, I am not certain staff operating at the Vicasa really care, but rather go through the motions, and say not my job...they are 3rd party contractors after all.. danger belongs on the mountain, not in the home

Nice place, needs a little TLC
The house served our needs and was close to the water park and village. It was clean and comfortable. We did have some trouble checking in, as we were not given the code to the key box. After a phone call to customer service we got the code. The hot tub was great, but the cover needs to be replaced. There are holes in the vinyl, so the inner insulation material is waterlogged and very heavy. There are two bikes in the garage but they are barely functional. The brakes need replaced and the seat on the black bike won’t stay in place. Took it to a bike rental and they tried to fix it, but concluded it needs replacing. A very uncomfortable ride. We enjoyed the house, but these small things would make it even better.

Great location, terrible house
While the location of this property was great (right across from the SHARC), and we liked the layout of the house, the numerous problems we encountered were not worth staying at this particular house in the future. Most important, the loft with the queen bed has a giant stained glass window without a window covering. This means that when the sun rises at 4 a.m...so do you. Also, the bed doesn't appear to have ever been replaced, and provided me with the worst night's sleep in my entire life. My husband and I both sagged towards each other in the middle, and our backs were killing us in the morning from the broken soft mattress. When we arrived the thermostat was broken (and the high was about 55 degrees). I checked the kitchen for a pan to cook my son eggs in the morning, and found that the only frying pans were either rusted through, or super small. I called about both issues, and was told at 8:30 p.m. that someone would call me back in about 15 minutes. At 9:20 I finally got a call (that went straight to voicemail since my phone flips to DND at 9pm) and the man left a message that he'd be at our house in 20-30 minutes. At 10:20 he finally arrived and brought space heaters. No pan, so the next morning we couldn't cook the eggs we had brought my son for breakfast (thankfully we had an extra bagel). We found out that unlike any of the other Vacasa places we've stayed at, this house doesn't provide coffee, which was another unwelcome surprise. I called again in the morning to ask about the pan and thermostat, and was told someone would call me soon. I let them know that we also noticed that the deadbolt was broken, and they said they'd let someone know about that too. A little while later, two men showed up to fix the thermostat, so we had strangers in the house as we were getting ready to go out for the day. We finally had to leave with them in the house with all of our stuff. When we returned in the afternoon the thermostat was fixed, but still no frying pan and the deadbolt to the house still didn't work. I called again about both issues and was told that they'd never heard about the frying pan (this was the third or fourth time I'd asked for a frying pan). They sent over a brand new frying pan (that worked great) a few hours later, and two more men showed up to fix the lock right when we were leaving for dinner. They installed a new lock, that again didn't work as we found out later. The house was also covered with cobwebs.

Great Getaway House
Loved the location and open floor plan of this property. Hot tub was wonderful. The only things that weren’t great were 1) the temperature was very hard to regulate manually, and 2) the upstairs bathroom really is just a tub, there wasn’t much water pressure when trying to use the showers head. But overall, for the price, I think it was a great deal and I would stay here again.

Cute, cost-effective cabin for young families!
WE LOVED: - The price: We looked at a number of rentals and (fees notwithstanding) 12 Otter was the most cost-effective and provided the most value by far. We would definitely rent again assuming the rates stay this reasonable. - The location: We didn’t use the SHARC due to COVID, but the proximity to that and the downtown area could not be beat. - The enclosed deck: The five-foot walls allowed us to relax (and our kids to play) on while feeling private and nestled amongst the trees. We had plenty of space to let towels and tubes dry, plus, a hot tub! - Right-sized for a family of four or five: We didn’t need to have multiple bedrooms. Two was just fine for our three young kids. WHAT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE: - To have the most basic kitchen staples available: Seriously, there is absolutely nothing here, so you’ll need to bring it all. - To have been able to do laundry: There was a box of detergent, but it was empty. - To have a comfortable carpet underfoot: It was exceptionally thin and there was no rug pad, so it felt like walking on hard concrete.

Clean although dated home. Loved the hot tub. Conveniently close to the Village. Upstairs bed is comfortable. The rest of the beds would be ok for small kids.....terribly uncomfortable for adults. A couple of spice blends in the kitchen would be helpful. Only salt available. Not even pepper.

Cozy and close to SHARC
A great place to stay with a small family. It's on a quiet cul-de-sac close to the bike/ped trail and SHARC, and it's an easy walk to the village. It's even cuter in person. The kids enjoyed the bunk room, and we all enjoyed the hot tub and woodburning stove. The only issue we had was a strange rattling (water hammer?) sound in the wall next to the washer/dryer. We got it to stop by turning off the water at the base of the upstairs toilet, but it should be assessed for repair.
