Bachelor. Sleeping 14 people, with a semi-attached casita, this house is perfect for family gatherings! The outside is truly special, with 2 large deck areas, a hot tub and gazebo. Miles of mountain bike trails beckon and kayaking/paddle board adventures await!
The Space:
This large and airy home sits on .86 acres and offers plenty of space both indoors and out. The main living space features 18-foot vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan with tons of windows bringing the outside in. There are 4 bedrooms including an in-law suite which is separated from the main house by the welcoming breezeway. The kitchen and dining area open to the sun-room and the expansive back deck. The living room has a wood burning fireplace, built in bookshelves, and access to the side and back deck area.
The main level of the home has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a shared bathroom. This home has a full kitchen, dining area that seats 6, living room, and sunroom for enjoying that morning coffee before the rest of the house wakes. Enjoy a quiet and slow paddle on the Spring River directly from the house, in the provided two kayaks.
Upstairs you will find the master suite with a King bed, private balcony, and en-suit bathroom. There’s also a loft with a sleeper sofa and desk space with a lovely view of the river.
The mother-in-law unit has a large bedroom with a king bed, a living space with a TV and 2 sleeper sofa as well as a full bathroom. Attached to the mother-in-law unit is the garage which has a nice game room above it with a TV and gaming console and foosball, plus plenty of books and board games.
