The dining room terrace offers ever-changing views of the port where you can observe the boats and wildlife passing by each day. These are some of the best possible views of the region in an exclusive environment.

There is a large rooftop pool that is exclusively reserved for guests and residents of the islands (We inform all our guests that due to local water usage restrictions, the pool will be closed during 2024, this information being updated as of March 27, 2024).

No complaints will be accepted for pool schedules and any access restrictions, which must be respected at all times.

To ensure and expedite the check-in process, guests are required to provide an image of their ID and a selfie, which will be processed in accordance with the applicable GDPR regulations. The ID and selfie images will be deleted the day after arrival. All guests must be registered to comply with local legislation. You will have received a message with a secure link, one week before your arrival, to register online securely. If you have not received it, please let us know as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.

With the entry into force of Royal Decree 933/2021, which establishes the new traveler data registry approved by the Ministry of the Interior and nationwide, as of December 2, 2024, we are obliged to inform you that we are legally required to request the following information from all our guests:

Apartment in the best location, but could do better......
Absolutely the best location in Benalmadena without question! On the 1st island in the marina and with parking space. Unfortunately the apartment has seen better times, and is quite tired looking, there is black mold around the edge of the bath in the master bedroom and the second bathroom is basic and tiny. Many other niggling things too. The electric shutters in the lounge do not work. The kitchen is small (no problem - there are restaurants everywhere) and is poorly equipped (not even a toaster!) The heating could not keep the apartment warm when we visited (Feb. 2022) mainly because of the gap between the doors out to the terrace. The balcony/terrace is much bigger than the pictures suggest and would be great in the summer months. They were renovating the pool when we were, so jack hammer from nine in the morning until past four in the afternoon - annoying. Probably be a better experience in the summer months but for us it was a below standard apartment for a premium rate. 3 stars total , but only for the location, terrace size, parking space and Nadia & co. (property managers - very nice people)

Bon séjour dans cet appartement malgré l'incompétence de la gérance.
L’appart en lui-même est très bien, si on aime le style « Petite sirène », et super bien placé au cœur de la marina. La terrasse est sympa, on peut y manger à 4, il y a deux chambres avec chacune sa salle de bain. Le problème vient de la gestion de ce bien qui est déplorable. Plusieurs ampoules manquaient, notamment dans les salles de bains, le store du salon descend très difficilement, il y a des moisissures à certains endroits, très peu de couverts, pas de petite cuillère, seulement 3 fourchettes, très pratique pour manger à 4. Il y a peu de verres et pas plus de 3 du même type, pas d’éponge, un porte PQ qui ne tient que par un fil, etc. Mais le plus dérangeant a été de trouver une petite bestiole qui courait tranquillement dans mon lit, ce qui atteste d’un ménage plus que négligé. Je l’ai signalé dès le samedi à la personne qui m’a remis les clés, mais elle n’a pas daigné me répondre. Je n’entendais que « Je ne travaille pas le week-end ». Tous ces problèmes sont pourtant du ressort de cette personne. Je constate donc qu’elle ne travaille pas le week-end, mais qu’elle ne doit pas non plus travailler bien fort la semaine. Il est inacceptable de trouver un appartement de ce standing dans un tel état à la location. J’ai d’ailleurs pu constater que les précédents commentaires signalaient le même manque de propreté et de finitions. Cordialement
