Great property. It would be helpful if check in staff knew English. Also Woolf be helpful to have English signage on the property. Also have smart tv in the rooms with access to English programming.

This hotel has an amazing view of the city on the 20th floor and is a spectacular reason to stay at this hotel. The pool is also on the balcony!!

I have been staying at this hotel for a few years now and I was disappointed to see that the hotel is starting to look run down and in need of upkeep. The rooms are spacious, with the usual amenities and washing machine, which is a bonus when you have been travelling for a few weeks and need to do your laundry. The hotel should offer chargeable drinks in the fridge. I like the location and the hotel staff are pleasant and helpful. I had problems with the tv in the room and it was not replaced. I returned to the hotel a few days later and was given a different room and the tv in that room had the same issue, which was not put right once again. I hope they bring the hotel back up to standard by my next visit.

Great location and facilities
I spent 3 days at the hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. The rooms are very large and are more like a studio apartment than a hotel room, with a small kitchen area with large fridge freezer, washing machine, cupboards, etc.; two separate living areas, one with a sofa and TV and one with a round table and four chairs. The facilities are quite modern and well looked after. Parking facilities are free of charge and finding a place is not a problem. I look forward to staying at the Ville Celestine Condo Hotel & Eventos again in future trips. This is now my hotel of choice in Belo Horizonte.

Gosto muito de ficar nesse hotel por vários motivos, mas essa última estadia o apto que fiquei (904) , fiquei decepcionado, pois o ar-condicionado com muito barulho tanto na condensadora quanto na evaporadora, atrapalharam muito para dormir , o box do chuveiro também vazando muita água para a parte seca do banheiro , e muitas placas do piso vinílico se soltando. Acredito que precisam de uma manutenção caprichada no 904 .

Espaçoso e aconchegante
Apartamento muito aconchegante com dois quartos e isso foi fundamental para a nossa reserva porque tenho dois filhos adolescentes. Muito bem equipado. Café da manhã muito completo e a cozinha foi muito compreensiva com minha restrição alimentar. Já é a minha segunda vez no hotel e recomendo demais. Possui comércio e opções de refeição bem perto.

Decepção. A limpeza não estava adequada. Havia pó e a poeira do exaustor do se espalhava por todo canto. O ar condicionado do nosso quarto não funcionava corretamente. Já era tarde quando verificamos isso e por estar com uma bebê de colo já dormindo decidimos não chamar a gerência e enfrentar o calor mesmo. Houve falta de energia na madrugada (evento externo que não há relaçao com o hotel) mas piorou muito nossa noite, pois o ar condicionado da sala também parou de funcionar. A roupa de cama estava muito empoeirada também. Fora isso, o hotel está muito bem Localizado. Próximo a farmácias, restaurantes e supermercados. O bairro também é muito seguro e arborizado.

O pior hotel de R$ 910,08 - 2 diárias
O primeiro quarto que me colocaram de cara estava com ar estragado. Entretanto foram genties e rapidamente np ofereceram outro quarto. O segundo quarto era extremamente barulhento voce escplhe ou ar ou barulho de um gerador dentro do quarto. No segundo quarto nao tinha toalhas, cobertas, lençóis, pratos nem copos, o rapaz da recepção abriu o primeiro quarto novamente pra eu pegar o que precisava. Quando fui ao banheiro, o vaso sanitário estava respingado de xixi, quando fui dormir a cama estava molhada(muitoooo molhada), no dia seguinte a camareira disse isso é hospede que deixa toalha enxarcada na cama (entendi que a roupa era usada) lençóis e edredrons rasgados. Por 910,08 apenas 2 diárias, achei inacreditável No Café muito bem servido achei um cabelo na mini pizza. Na saída tirei as cobertas para ver se algo estava ficando para tras, achei um tufinho de cabelo embolado, sorte que foi indo embora, se fosse no primeiro dia, nem teria ficado. Que nojo. A vista e linda, o atendimento impecável, pessoas otimas. Mas o lugar não vale. Na piscina tinham cadeiras rasgadas parecendo abandonadas. Nao recomendo, não ficaria lá novamente. Site não deixou eu postar foto, mas tenho do cabelo no café e da cama molhada.
