It is an ok hotel to stay a night if you need a close place to stay to catch the train in the morning because it is walking distance from the Vale train station.

Café da manhã ruim, atendimento péssimo, porta do banheiro não fechava, Wi-Fi não funcionava. Tv ruim (muito antiga e não funcionava no controle). Não tem estacionamento eles tem parceria que estacionamento de rua, que o hóspede paga mais barato, para deixar o carro lá.

Hotel rústico, porém aconchegante. Os funcionários bastante educados principalmente na recepção, Luciano, super simpático. Mas, por ser um hotel rústico, não não tem modernidade porém em relação ao preço o custo-benefício compensa ficar ali, minha esposa e eu voltaríamos sem problemas.

Pontos a serem vistos e melhorados.
A instalação física da recepção é muito antiga e de mau gosto, precisa renovar, nos faz pensar se realmente foi uma boa decisão reservar nesse hotel. O atendimento é ótimo! O café da manhã falta opções de salgados e quentes, faz muita falta. O quarto que fiquei tinha uma TV de tubo de 14 polegadas que mal pegava 2 canais e os outros 2 que tinha não dava pra ver ou entender nada. O banheiro precisam verificar o chuveiro elétrico, aqueles furinhos por onde a água sai a maioria está entupida e os que sai água não cai em linha reta para o chão, eles se espalham por todo lugar dentro do box e era necessário escolher a melhor posição pra conseguir receber a maior quantidade de água. Eu só voltaria a me hospedar melhorando essas condições.

Passeio mal com o cheiro de esgoto.
O check-in foi otino, estava muito cansada, porque acordei cedo, para nao perder o vôo , arrumaram um quarto. Quartto extremamente simples, até ai tudo bem, mas tive que conviver com um barulho enorme, dos bares de frente. E , para fechar , à noite passei muito mal, com um cheiro horrível de esgoto. Várias pessoas, foram reclamar na recepcão, porque o cheiro era insuportável. Eu pensei em deixar o hotel, mas tinha uma convenção religiosa, e os hoteis estavam lotados . A Justificativa que deram foi de que o cheiro vinha da Rua, jamais jamais, o cheiro estava dentro do hotel

Fiquei impressionada com a limpeza do quarto e banheiro. Toalhas e roupas de cama impecáveis. Tudo simples mas muito limpo e organizado. O café da manhã é simples mas tudo muito gostoso. Destaque para o restaurante do hotel, comida deliciosa e os hóspedes tem desconto. Funcionários educados e cordiais. Único ponto negativo é que nos corredores tem odor de cigarro o tempo todo, o que deixa muito incomodo aos nãos fumantes. Acho que deveriam rever essa política de fumar nas dependências do hotel. Mas excelente custo-benefício.
