Ao fazer o checkin fui informado pelo atendente que a minha reserva feita pelo Expedia NÃO CONSTAVA DO SISTEMA! Uma situação constrangedora! Após o problema ter sido solucionado, não recebemos informações complementares sobre funcionamento do hotel, uso do elevador, acesso e outras coisas comuns na hora do check in. Vários outros pontos: um dos elevadores não funcionava na segunda-feira. Não havia nem um sachet de shampoo nos amenities (isso costuma ser normal em outras unidades da rede). O custo da água na geladeira do andar térreo é um roubo! R$ 8,00 por uma latinha de 350ml é digno de se fazer uma denúncia no Procon! Banheiro mal disposto na minha unidade, lavatório separado do toilette, e esse também separado do chuveiro. Travesseiro murcho, muito usado. Foi necessário solicitar outro travesseiro. Serviço de vallet terceirizado também muito caro. Acesso à portaria poderia ser melhor, com uma calçada para quem vem da rua de trás, sem ter de dar a volta até a porta do Mercure e pegando chuva. De positivo a boa localização; quarto limpo e arrumado; café da manhã excelente, além da cortesia e gentileza da equipe do buffet.

Very clean!!!
The only thing I didn't like is how Walls are very thin, and we heard other couple next to us in the shower. Shower is very small. But I loved it because it was extremely clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff was so nice and helpful.

No geral, tranquila. A recepcionista muito simpática e sempre atenciosa. É um bom custo benefício, embora eu prefira um hotel mais silencioso. Café da manhã ok, mas local muito barulhento. A acústica dos quartos não eram boas, qualquer conversa no corredor, incomodava no quarto. No último dia não limparam o meu quarto. Reclamei na recepção e ninguém sabia o porquê. Ainda com relação ao barulho, teve um dia que estavam arrumando quarto as 23h. Por mais que a pessoa tentasse trabalhar em silêncio, o carrinho fazia muito barulho.

Quarto não liberado no check in.
Eu fiz a reserva de quinta a domingo e ao chegar no hotel as 22h de quinta, cansada de um dia de trabalho e um voo, tive a grande supresa de não ter meu quarto liberado por falta de limpeza. Fiquei esperando uns 10 a 20min para liberarem um quarto até que eu tive que ser um pouco rude com o gerente pois aquilo me deixou bastante indignada. Como que meu quarto não estava liberado?! Meu check in era somente às 14h e eu só cheguei às 22h, ou seja, eles tiveram 8 horas para deixar meu quarto pronto para entrada. Oelo vidto eles só começam a limpeza do quarto após o check in do hóspede. Isso não aconteceu só comigo não. Tinham dois hóspedes ao meu lado fazendo check in também e não tinha o quarto pronto. Ainda iam limpar. Outro ponto também foi a limpeza dos quartos. Eu havia solicitado a limpeza com a troca de toalhas e roupas de cama o que não aconteceu. Eles apenas tiraram os lixos do banheiro e de uma lixeira que fica no quarto. Mantendo as toalhas sujas e molhadas e cama desarrumada da mesma forma que deixei quando fui sair para conhecer a cidade.
