Fiz reserva atencipada. Tres dias antes, entrei em contato com o hotel; pois meu horario de chegada seria modificado. Solicitei, então, para realizar o check-in pela manhã, mediante pagamento do valor de meia diária a mais. Contudo, quando cheguei ao hotel, me foi dito que nao haviam quartos disponíveis. Até confirmaram que sabiam sobre meu contato prévio, mas que nada poderiam fazer. Cheguei ao hotel antes das 8hrs e queriam que eu aguardasse ate 14hrs para fazer o check-in. Após muita conversa, resolveram que iriam providenciar um quarto. Fiz o check-in apenas as 09hrs45min. Detalhe: me foi cobrado a meia diária a mais no valor, normalmente sendo que esperei 2hrs para acessar o quarto. Outro detalhe, enquanto providenciavam o quarto, perguntei se poderia tomar o café da manhã (incluso no valor das diárias). O que, para minha absoluta surpresa, foi negado. O funcionário disse que eu poderia tomar café somente após o check-in. Ou seja, experiência péssima.
