Me hospedei apenas uma noite, de passagem a trabalho. A localização do hotel é excelente, o atendimento e as instalações contudo, deixam muito a desejar tendo em vista o valor da diária.

Péssima!! Banheiro, tanpa do sanitário quebrado, ralo do box e da pia entupidos, chuveiro péssimo, e pra completar ficamos sem água do segundo dia... frigobar sem nada e qdo solicitado ofereceu copo plástico!! Bancada de trabalho dispencando ... duas diárias sem arrumação do quarto...enfim, esse hotel não pode ser classificado com 3 estrelas!!!

O hotel está muito bem localizado, próximo a praça da liberdade, avenida Afonso Pena. Porém, as condições de limpeza e cuidado do hotel não são boas. Vaso sanitario sujo, quarto com sinais de pouco limpeza, com pó nos móveis. No café da manhã, talheres molhados. Pode melhorar muito.

O café da manhã foi um desastre. Não estavam preparados para atender. Faltava tudo. Não repunham quase nada. Nem pão tinha.

O hotel como sempre de boa qualidade, o site anuncia que o estacionamento será disponível porem no hotel cobram uma taxa de R$35,00. Totalmente fora das oitras vezes que fiquei. Nao sabem informar o motivo e não deram nota fiscal especificamente do estacionamento. Provavelmente não voltarei a me hospedar neste hotel.

Hotel diferente da foto no site
A minha estadia no hotel começou com o sistema de reservas do hotel estava fora do ar e, dessa forma, me entregaram uma chave do quarto onde já tinha uma pessoa hospedada. No mesmo momento me levaram para um quarto desocuparam e conferiram antes que eu subisse. O Hotel não tem restaurante 24hs, vc precisa sair para comer alguma coisa e se for fim de semana é bem mais difícil porque nada fica aberto, somente pedidos via aplicativo. Achei razoável, eu não fico mais lá.

Reservei um quarto para casal, quando cheguei no hotel minha reserva não tinha sido feita, não tinha mais quartos disponíveis, tivemos que ficar em um quarto de solteiro com duas camas horríveis, roupa de cama e cobertores com cheiro de mofo, quarto e banheiro minúsculos. No anúncio tem a informação que tem estacionamento mas quando chegamos também não tinha mais vagas, nos "ofereceram" para deixar o carro na rua. O café da manhã foi bem mais ou menos, bem simples. Enfim, nossa estadia foi decepcionante.
