Pictures of the property doesn't describe well the place. Rooms are little dirty (they never cleaned the floors) and walls are VERY DIRTY . Its a flat but not even have a microwave or any utensils. Rooms needs desperate an update especially i the bathroom Beds and mattress are old and little curved. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast has good selection but if you stay for 5 days they don't change menu. It's look like a friend old apartment. Don't have high expectations.

This property really matter needs well. One strange thing was that they had two big desks in the main room rather than couches, but we didn’t have any need for couches, so it was not a problem. Desks were great to set luggage on.

This was absolutely amazing - the staff made me feel very welcomed. I was always provided suggestions of where to go in the city and was given a lot of guidance. I am so pleased with this place and need to return back once in Belo Horizonte Thank you to the staff

The location is great and breakfast was really good! But the rooms are old and seems like it had no maintenance for a long time, I got a bad room and asked to change but then I got one even worse. The mattresses in both rooms were stained and very hard. It had very noisy air conditioning system, torn curtains, clogged shower drain, broken closet door, really dirty walls and stained bathroom floors. Stay away until remodeling!

Our go-to hotel in Belo Horizonte, Brazil
My wife and I have stayed in this hotel many times. We like it because it is in a residential neighborhood, the staff is great and so is the buffet breakfast. The breakfast is amazing actually compared to American hotels. The hotel has two parts. There is a newer part where the rooms are nicer but smaller. There is an older part that although it has seen its better days, the rooms are much larger. These have two bedrooms, a small living room, a kitchen and one and a half baths. This hotel is very near the professional soccer stadium, so on certain weekends may be hard to book. We always stay in the older part even though the rooms are in need of an update. In the past, the wifi was terrible but it looks like they have fixed that now. We have always enjoyed our stay here.

My home away from home!
This is a nice hotel. Parts of it are somewhat dated but the lobby and restaurant and a newer half of the hotel are very nice. I stay here about two times a year when I am in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. It is not too far from the downtown area but in a quieter and calmer area of the city. The staff here is always top notch. They speak English at the reception desk. I stay in the older part of the hotel which has two bedrooms, one and a half baths and a small kitchen. (The newer part has only single bedrooms. They are nice but smaller.) The breakfast is included and always very nice! And, they have a garage which is really important in Brazil if you have a car. There is no charge to use their parking facility! If you are not from Brazil, I would encourage you not to rent a car here - just use taxis and Uber as the traffic is so complicated here it is not worth renting. One big advantage of this hotel is that it is very close to the Mineirão which is the large professional soccer stadium. Even though the hotel is in a residential neighborhood, there are plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance. They have room service and a la cart lunch and supper which are a little expensive but convenient and good. One thing that I do not like is that I've been staying here twice a year for the last four years and the free Wi-Fi is never very good!

Handy for UFMG
I stayed in this hotel for two working weeks while installing equipment for a customer at UFMG. The "room" is actually a small flat; I had two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. (The kitchen had a good fridge and a gas stove but no pots, pans or cutlery.) The electrical sockets are 110V and take US-style two-pin plugs, not the more modern Brazilian three pin kind. Whenever I needed to discuss something with the reception desk there was someone who spoke good enough English.

Boa pedida perto do Mineirão
O hotel é realmente muito interessante pelo custo-benefício. Considerando o valor pago e as dimensões da acomodação, é muito válido. Algumas deficiências poderiam ser melhoradas. Café da manhã é de regular para bom. Não tem muita variedade, pizza fria, sem iogurte. Nas acomodações, o cobertor não tem a menor condição de uso, cheiro de mofo e murrinha muito forte. Torneira do tanque estava com defeito, precisava abrir e fechar o registro se quisesse usar lá. Nenhum utensílio de cozinha está disponível no apartamento. Creio que poderia ter alguns talheres e pratos, no mínimo. Haviam dois copos na geladeira, porém, com aspecto de sujos. Na sala, poderia ter mais cadeiras ou um pequeno sofá. Só tinha uma poltrona de um lugar e uma cadeira de escritório. Toalhas não estavam muito cheirosas, causando um pouco de receio quanto à lavagem, mas, dava pra usar. Ar condicionado de um dos quartos era bem antigo e no meio da madrugada começava a fazer um barulho forte que chega a acordar quem está dormindo. O grande destaque é a localização do hotel e as dimensões do quarto. É preciso que o hotel oriente constantemente os hóspedes sobre o respeito ao silêncio depois das 22h. Alguns baderneiros fizeram muito barulho. Mas não chegava a incomodar no quarto, mas na sala sim.

Café da manhã muito bom, com bastante variedade. Quarto muito bom, só o box que é muito pequeno, uma pessoa gorda não entra nele, muito apertado mais pra mim deu super certo. Na hora do checkout a recepção pediu para uma funcionária conferir o quarto, ela saiu do quarto chingando que a toalha estava um pouco suja de maquiagem, falando alto assim: “ esse povo é difícil demais, mais uma toalha pro lixo! “ . Ela foi muito desnecessária, muito sem educação, nem esperou a gente ir embora e saiu resmungando desse jeito. Por esse motivo não volto mais, foi um FDS muito agradável pra na hora de ir embora acontecer uma situação chata dessa, ficou um clima pesado e foi constrangedor.
