Our stay was awful. We didn’t even stay. There was a blood stain on the sheets - which of course I was not happy about but was willing to look past. But then there were bugs, including cockroaches. That is just not acceptable. I was not going to have my child stay in a room with cockroaches and other bugs. I tried to ask for help that evening and no one was willing to do anything for us so we left and took the 4 hour drive home on very little sleep from the night before (hence the reason we had a hotel room in the first place). I was told to call back the next morning to speak with Dawn who would be able to help me. Dawn did not help me. Not only did she not help me she basically told me I was lying which I definitely do not appreciate!

Dawn is both very friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The only drawback to this very nice motel is that this part of New Jersey isn't particularly pedestrian-friendly

We stayed for two nights and it was excellent! The room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities needed. There were two queen size beds which were comfortable with good blankets and comforters. We were happy with the large TV, air conditioner, microwave oven, refrigerator and coffee maker. The best thing was that everything was working just fine!!! Spacious bathroom with excellent hot and cold water, wonderful shower with non slip surface. Lots of towels and nice mirror. A nice vanity area with a giant mirror and table for all grooming and make up items. Bureau's with generous drawers to keep clothing. Liked the free parking right in front of your room. Everything is on the ground floor. One step up to the door of your room. Very convenient especially when traveling with an elder person with walking issues. Complimentary breakfast with lots of offerings to choose from! Pretty swimming pool right at the center of the property. Several people enjoyed sunning and taking a dip! The staff were very kind, attentive and take very good care of the Inn. The Day Manager is just lovely!!! I will definitely stay there again!

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is no one at the front desk and receptionist is not available and always on smoke break. Her attitude is very bad and polite when talking to customers. The property is filled with pests, bathroom does not have hooks to hang the clothes, shower does not work and the Breakfast is very limited with signs to take one. Not a pleasant stay at all. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL. Please avoid booking this motel.

A pretty decent spot! This was a very last minute booking for Labor Day weekend. The room was clean and the property was quiet. Nothing fancy and a little outdated but we had no issues during our stay. There's also a great diner up the road!

We always come to the Atlantic Inn & Suites when we visit the Jersey shore. Aside from it being clean, quiet and comfortable, and a very friendly staff, it is extremely convenient to reach all the points of interest. Ten minutes to the beach at Sea Girt, about 15-20 to Point Pleasant and Bay Head.
