Pictured art on the walls. towels, and washcloths, sheets and pillow cases, plenty of hangers in each room. front room has 32" color smart tv, and two oversized chairs with ottomans, coffee table and end tables, Designer Art on mantle and walls. Power is paid by owner, cable set up. instructions detailed upon arrival. In case of Emergency information will be located in the instructions. Keys can be sent to renter or real estate box and code can be sent by text once you arrive.
