The property was not kept in a new condition, the back stairs had not been vacuumed in at least a couple of weeks, the single washer and dryer were interesting to wait for. The washer sounded like a jet taking off. The breakfast was ok, I'm diabetic so the only thing I could eat was eggs and sausage, fruit.

The room was dirty, walls and floor dirty and stained, couch VERY stained, carpet stained with food stuck to it, hairs in shower stall, mold in bathroom, razor blade in the room, vent full of dirt. The upgrades in the bedroom area were nice but the overall room was so dirty it just did not compensate.

Bed bugs. That's about all you need to know. We arrived at almost 11pm and thought it was off two other sets of guests were leaving and look disgruntled. As soon as we started to settle in to our rooms, we saw a bug. Closer looks found some tiny nymphs and telltale signs around the edge of the mattresses in both of our rooms. The front desk person gave a not very surprised "oh no" and told us she'd get the morning manager to refund us. We quickly ran away and found a different hotel. Washed everything in hot and hoping we didn't take anything away with us...

If I could give a negative score, that’s what this motel earned. From the dirty room to the flooded shower in the shower, accosted by another guest at the hotel and then when we complained to the front desk, they told us if we didn’t like the service that we should leave and then when we. And then when we talk to the front desk worker , he said he didn’t us . Then proceeded to follow us out to our car and harass us because he didn’t like that we were complaining about the room. What a disgrace.

Large, clean room in average priced hotel with free parking and limited, but included, breakfast. The 3pm check-in is strictly enforced (we arrived about 2:30), but check-out is noon. Located right on busy Meridian, but it’s sometimes difficult to make a left hand turn southbound out of the hotel.

It was an impromptu stay but im happy with the 1 night stay.. they are doing a lot of upgrades going on but thats a good thing. It was easy & convenient location, staff was great, very pleasant

To be fair, this Comfort Inn is undergoing remodeling. On the other hand, there'sno excuse for two different TV systems--with instructions for just one and not the correct set for our room. Heating and cooling system were sub-optimal. Stairways away from the main hallway were filthy. Breakfast bar did not have healthy choices. We won't return.

We had a last-minute hospital emergency ending with a funeral, we spent 4 nights, 2 in another different hotel around the same area, our last two nights in Bellingham we chose Comfort Inn and we didn't regret the change, definitely helped to see the presence of a security male or police officer when we checked in. The room was very clean, the only reason I give it a 4 star is because of the TV control remote, I had to call the front desk to be able to watch something on TV. We definitely going back and choosing Comfort Inn for our stay in Bellingham.
