The hotel was generally good , very clean and excellent view. Themain prob6was that the heating systems were not working and they could offer additional blankets only!! The weather was 4 degrees centigrade and the rooms were reallycold. Also the breakfast had very limited choice.

The staff at the reception desk were incredibly rude. The building was dire need of repair. Rooms weren’t the cleanest and the bare minimum was provided. There is no climate control for the individual rooms so we kinda froze through the night. I’m okay with staying at budget motels but for the price point for this hotel, it is not worth it. As a result of this stay I am likely to just avoid this entire hotel chain moving forward.

Service was good but the hotel needs some serious updates and attention. Our room had cracks, stains, peeling walls, musty doors, no bathroom fan, non working light so it was dark, tv was poor quality small and the remote did not work. The pillows were mismatched in size and there was no immediate xtra blanket. We also could not change the room temperature. The only saving grace was there was breakfast included that had egg options, toast, hot and cold drinks and a waffle machine. It is the cheapest hotel in Belleville so price it good but it is apparent why it is. Surprised it was like this considering it’s a Ramada by Wyndam hotel.

Love staying at the Ramada when visiting family in Belleville. Our only complaint was the water was not turned on for the water slide making it very difficult to use, My grandkids were very disappointed and when they inquired were told it is only turned on 2 days a week and only the manager can turn it on. It was a weekend and the manager was not on site. They still enjoyed the pool but I’m disappointed they didn’t enjoy the full experience. Certainly someone else at the property could be delegated the authority to manage such a situation?

The waterfront view was beautiful!! The only problem was the screen door to the balcony was almost impossible to move so we couldn’t get out to enjoy the view properly. The building felt a little tired and some stains on the ceilings and walls were a little off putting. The carpet in the elevator was very stained and dirty, not a great first impression. The breakfast was very basic and some of the appliances were out of service (coffee maker and waffle machine). The doors to the rooms were very hard to open and close (just didn’t seem to fit the frame so you had to slam it with your hip or yank it very hard to move). I don’t think we would stay here again as we were surprised that a Ramada would have such low standards.

Tired hotel.
We stayed for 2 nights.The hotel was very old and everything needs to be updated. The lobbies and room were cold. The thermostat adjustments didn't seem to make any difference. The breakfast was poor in selection and quality. Lots of parking close to major roads. It was also close to train tracks which woke us up around 3 to 4 am each morning.

Very nice property, however there was no heat in the room. We were given a portable heater but it could only be plugged in close to beds and felt uncomfortable leaving it on all nite next to bedding. Apparantly the hotel is in summer mode and hasn't swiched over to heat yet, which is strange considering most places can do both.

The location was excellent, and the view from our room was very nice. But hotel and it's rooms need updates. The room, which was very clean, had limitations. The shower, while obviously redone, had nowhere to put soap, shampoo etc. There was no ceiling fan, and door did not close, warped. The balcony is deteriorated, only 2 cups, none in bathroom, 1 bar soap. Just needs more hospitality tweeks. Rest of hotel needs a lot more decor, updated seating areas, coffee. machines in lobby that work. Staff friendly. All in all, main issues surrounded updating and obviously older hotel. Could be great!

Wry much an older rundown place. We had a suite. It had peeled wallpaper and very old furniture. It was cheaper but the location was good for our purposes this trip. Staff at front desk were nice but the place is run down.

Mon voisin de chambre à dormi avec la télé ouvert toute la nuit et de 5h à 7h du matin son réveil matin a buzzer . Chaque chambre a une porte pour avoir accès à l’autre chambre . Ce que fait en sorte que ton voisin écoute la télé, toi aussi . Je sais que c’est pas la faute de l’hôtel . Mais malgré mon mécontentement a 6 h du matin à l’accueil , ils ont rien fait. Il aiment mieux ne pas déranger un client qui dérange les chambre autour avec une alarme de 2 h . J’ai rien reçu en dédommagement excepter un sourire et désolé.
