Although newer, it is designed to represent St. Augustine (The oldest Florida town), with Red brick paths and Cast iron detail, the home has a grand "Florida porch" too allow for lazy days or coffee breaks while enjoying the breezes. It is surrounded by the native old oaks and sits elevated above a natural bird estuary which can reveal several varieties of birds at various times of the day. The subdivision boasts brand new roads which are soft on the knees for an evening or early morning walk around Smith Lake (a 352 acre Spring-fed lake). A westerly view provides the most stunning sunsets. The master bedroom comes equipped with its very own on-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub, dual sinks and a seperate walk-in shower. We are centrally located in Florida just a few miles from the Villages or downtown Ocala for dining, shopping and entertainment. Not to mention the nearby Beaches, Fresh water Springs, Disney and every other popular attraction Florida is well known for which are all just a short drive away. The home is pet friendly for (1) Pet under 30 lbs and has a fenced-in back yard perfect for your pets safety and freedom. (2) out of 3 bedrooms have their own Television as well as another tv in the main gathering area.
