Cher client, Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de nous écrire. Les avis de nos clients nous aident à nous améliorer chaque jour. Je vous rassure sur la propreté de la moquette: celle-ci est nettoyée chaque jour avec des produits professionnels et comme vous avez pu le constater, elle est constituée de dalles carrées que nous changeons à la moindre saleté récalcitrante. Je regrette que n'ayez pu apprécié notre petit déjeuner Buffet. Pour des levées tardives, nous proposons normalement un petit déjeuner continental sur plateau. Je m'étonne qu'il ne vous ait pas été proposé? Le plateau courtoisie des chambres met à votre disposition gracieusement 2 cafés, 1the, 1 verveine menthe, 2 paquets de sables et laits. Lors de votre prochain séjour, n'hésitez pas à nous en demander plus. Pour ce qui est du parking, celui- ci propose 50 places de stationnement pour 46 chambres. Mon équipe et moi-même serons ravis de vous recevoir à nouveau. Cordialement
