Beautiful house with garden and terrace, a few minutes from the village of Bellagio and Loppia Bay.

The accommodation, located in a semi-detached house, spreads on three floors and features a private entrance. The entrance opens onto the large and bright living room furnished with sofas, a television, a fireplace and a dining area, and with a large window overlooking the garden. The ground floor also hosts the fully-equipped kitchen complete with a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a juicer and an espresso coffee machine. Some steps lead to a library, which is visible from the lower floor, a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a shower. On the underground floor there is a laundry room. The layout is copleted by a toilet and the beautiful garden furnished with armchairs and outdoor sofas.

*In the area where the accommodation is located there are no taxis or public transport available for short local transport. It is therefore advisable to reach the destination by car.

To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.
