It is not a hotel, it is a house that has been equipped to be a hotel. In my opinion, it does not deserve to be given four stars because it is not well equipped. It deserves to be classified as two and a half stars.

Thank you! Me and my sister stayed in the hotel for 4 nights, and we were delighted with our stay. The hotel is in a walkable distance of the city centre and has a jacuzzi and sauna ( was nice to chill there after a long day of walking). The personnel were very friendly, and always happy to help. I would recommend to stay there. Breakfast was delicious and varied as well :)

My check in experience was great! The hotel location is close to everything. The stuff at the reception and at the breakfast buffet were very polite and helpful! Room was in excellent condition and very comfortable! My only complain was a very annoying smell from the bathroom pipes that could be avoided with the bathroom door closed. We reported it late to the reception and they were willing to relocate us to another room but we liked it and didn’t change. I would totally recommend it to anyone to stay there!

Nice modern hotel close to bus station, room and bathroom very nice Nice breakfast. Two issues though. If you get a room above the main road it is very noisy. Also the air condition units are dreadful and do not pump out much cold air

Beautiful hotel at a reasonable price
Beautifully renovated hotel in a convenient location. A hotel of the same quality would cost three times as much in Paris. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We were able to park right out front, but there is also an underground garage. The hotel rents e-scooters for 10 euros per day. My kids and I took advantage and zipped over to Belgrade fortress. Highly recommend. Breakfast wasn't included but was offered for 7 euros. My only complaint is that the spa closed on the early side (20:00), so we missed out. Also, be aware that the hotel is located on a busy street, and it's not immediately obvious which building it is as you approach it by car.

One night stayover in belgrade
Room was great. The only negative points were the noise of the street(impossible to sleep with an open window)and the air conditioner. Besides theses noises it is way too warm in the room. Location of the hotel is great and the receptionist is very helpful. The extra free mobile phone is great to have with, when visiting the city

This property was as advertised. Staff was fantastic, including assistance with obtaining a COVID test prior to my departure from the Balkans. And the building has an interesting history – ask about it. The renovation to the hotel just occurred 3 years ago and everything is sparkling new. The location is great for exploring much of Belgrade, which I very much enjoyed. The room and bathroom, were clean and functional. Housekeeping was available everyday, but I did not partake of it. If you have a mobility issue, let the property know in advance. There are rooms on the 4th floor, but due to the historic nature of the building, the elevator only goes to the 3rd floor. Also, parking a bit quirky. Either park in front of the hotel or in the very tiny garage. I was asked to leave my keys at reception, but I won't do that. Apparently it is an unwritten rule not to park in front of someone else’s business (no signage). I parked one night (as there were not any spaces in front of the hotel) in front of the adjoining business. While the hotel staff was pleasant about it, the representative of the business was rather angry with me when he saw me approach the car to move it (which I immediately did upon being asked by hotel staff). Finally, the breakfast buffet was excellent! My only concern was that of the room temperature. It was barely cool enough for me, but I also know Europeans are a bit different about AC vs. North Americans.
