The Space:
Melody’s Cottage is a beautiful terraced property packed with character. Inside you’ll find a living room complete with a log fire, two cosy bedrooms, an open plan kitchen diner and two bathrooms, all in picturesque surroundings.
With a spacious layout and a warm colour palette, the living room is homely and relaxing. Kick back on the large sofa or in the armchair with a good book or play games with your loved ones. As it gets colder outside, fire up the log burner and enjoy a cosy night in. Traditional in style, the space also includes a flat-screen Smart TV, desk area, and storage space.
Head out of the living room and you’ll find the open plan kitchen diner. With light coloured walls and a large window overlooking the garden, the kitchen has a bright and airy feel. White wooden cabinets add a somewhat traditional style to the space which fits perfectly with the nature of the property. Fully equipped for all self-catering staycations, you’ll have access to an oven, hob, microwave, toaster and kettle during your stay.
Ideal for socialising, the open plan kitchen diner allows guests to gather and chat whilst others cook. With a rectangular wooden table and four chairs along with a separate breakfast bar, there is ample space for your party to enjoy meals together.
Also located on the ground floor is a modern shower room.
Outside you’ll find an enclosed grassed garden along with a small paved area with outdoor furniture - very much a family and dog friendly area. A real treat, this outside space is an added luxury to Melody’s Cottage. You can enjoy al fresco dining with your party and drinks outside as the evening draws near. What’s more, when it’s bright outside, you’ll be guaranteed sun all day long thanks to the fantastic position and openness of the garden.
Head back inside and take the stairs up to the first floor and you’ll find two bedrooms. Bold in colour, the first bedroom has a double bed and cream coloured walls along with an olive green wall behind the headboard to create a cosy and claiming space.
