Great accommodation. Not too far from city which can be easily reached by foot or public transport. Room lovely and clean. Breakfast very good with loads of choice. Service was so friendly and efficient.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful (I had just sprained my ankle and the evening manager brought up some ice). Breakfast was very nice with very pleasant staff. I enjoyed the stay at this hotel very much.

We traveled all of Ireland and stayed in fancy hotels but this one was the best. Very cozy and staff were extremely helpful. Best place to eat in all of Ireland was Darcy’s just a few minute walk from this place. Will definitely visit again when we go back.

Reception welcome was 1st class. Room was lovely and clean .Breakfast was excellent. Area surrounding was run down and looked unsafe but actually it was ok . Would recommend staying there .

The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, which gave Tara Lodge the personal touch that sets it apart from the 'big box' hotels. They even set up a very early breakfast just for us when we had to catch an early bus. All-in-all, a wonderful experience!

Nice spacious room. Great breakfast. Attentive staff. Bed was more like queen size than king but fine other than that. Poor ventilation in bathroom unless you open the window. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again

The staff were very helpful, especially when we had a problem with phoning our next accommodation. The location could not be better for a Belfast stay. The room was wonderful, and the breakfast was first class. I have already recommended this hotel to a Facebook group member.

We walked down the street to the Botanical Gardens and through Queens University campus. Pleasant walk, lots of students around but it was a quiet neighbourhood. We were able to park at the hotel so that was convenient. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and happy to recommend local attractions and give directions. We also were able to borrow hotel umbrellas for our walkabout. Breakfast was great - lots to choose from on the menu (the power porridge was amazing) and serving staff were great. We were tired after travelling up from Dublin and doing touring at Tara and the Titanic Experience so our dinner just needed to be simple, so we chose to pick up subs at Subway down the street but we also stopped for tea at the Caffe Nero which was nice too. Had a good sleep and we headed up the Coastal highway towards the north (recommend!) the next morning. We would stay at the Tara Lodge again.

I can't say enough nice things about Tara Lodge. Excellent in everyway. Cara who checked us in is a delightful and amazing young person, and went above and beyond. All of the staff were great. This hotel checks all the boxes from great location, super clean inside and out, the breakfast was outstanding, has a secured parking area, every amenity is covered. This should be your first choice when in Belfast. Thanks so much Tara Lodge for making our stay a memorable one.
